Carrie - to this thread. I am less pregant than you but excited to be here.

Gregslady - sorry you had to put up with that - I agree with you completely and that relative is just a pill

Kelly - I had pink tinz in my crinone residue today too. I did not worry since it was just a little and my RE told me when I went in for my beta that some spotting is going to occur due to the crinone. Should I worry? I have been very active this weekend and will take it easy. What do you mean that yours is not spotting?

I may be the elder one here as I just turned 43 .

Even though I am a veteran of 4 pregnancies and deliveries this one has me worried the most as I am 43 years young.

It will be nice to keep up with everyones progress over the next 8 months and beyond!
I wish us all healthy pregnancies and babies

Junell38 and Carrie,

Thanks for your reply, I only see pink tinz only in Crinone residue not on my panty/panty liner.

Welcome to the new ladies!!
As far as symptoms, I'm having a little nausea, very tired and sore breasts.

I think the pink spotting with crinone is pretty common from what I've been reading. I had a little bit one day too. I think it can irritate the cervix a little bit and make it bleed.

Thanks for all of the support. I appreciate it!

kelly71, I'm glad things seem to be going back to normal!

So, are any of you feelin' anything yet? I am so tired! SOOO tired. I am having egg and chicken aversions. That's nice since we eat almost all chicken! So, I have been eating hummus and salsa! not together! HAHA!

My bbs are ok still. I cannot believe how tired I am! I could fall asleep at my desk right now!

So, I need some advice. I am starting a new job next week and I wonder if since it's not a desk job, it's a clinical job, should I tell them sooner than later that I am prego? I don't want them to think my exhaustion is anything like laziness. I fear that!

You tell me! What would you do?

Looking forward to your response!

Kelly...glad the spotting stopped!!

Alicia...I wouldn't tell you new job yet but that's just my opinion. But then again, if you are going to be lifting stuff or exposed to any type of chemicals I would. Do you think your boss would feel betrayed if you didn't tell them for like 2 months after you started working there? It's hard to say what to do...sorry I'm not being more helpful.

I don't really have any symptoms aside from peeing frequently. It's starting to worry me a bit but it's prob normal and I'm just being paranoid. I am reading this book and it says that the more severe morning sickness you have the less likely you are to...well you know... (I don't even wanna say the "M" word) I haven't felt any nausea yet but now I am wishing that I did. I am also wishing that I could have more blood drawn so I know if everything is progressing normally I have to wait until Thursday for my next RE appt and the first u/s. I just want some good news...we worked so hard and waited SO long for this to happen that I don't want anything to go wrong now that I'm finally I'm sure you can totally relate.

Totally relates to neutronnancy!

I can totally relate! I have been up and down about not feeling sick. We are way early tho! Most women don't even suspect anything until right now. Then they get morning sickness and all that.

Don't worry, we may still get our puking on soon enough!

Well I was hoping for a rise in my beta before I joined and today I got the results I wanted. I am trying not to be over confident yet but I am very excited that my numbers went up. I have an U/S on 9/17, which I am a little nervous (last time no HB) but I am trying to be optimistic.

I honestly didn't think this cycle was going to happen, so when the HPT was I was surprised!!

I am having all the early symptoms, heart burn, sore lower back, nausea, and very tired. But no complaint here.

Congrats to everyone and thanks for the encouragement!!

Congrats and Hopey! So happy for you. Your numbers look great!
Good Luck FlashGal.
AFM: I am a big crybaby! Under normal circumstances, I cry about once a year, when something devistating happens. I have cried, and I mean really CRIED, twice in the last two days! I got my new insuline today, and I have to go to a class to teach me how to be a good pregnant diabetic. For some reason this was all just too overwhelming for me today. I came home and cried like a baby. That has got to be the hormones, right? Is it too early for that? And if it is the hormones, how bad of a basket case am I going to be?
Hope everyone is doing well, and not puking!

QUESTION FOR ALL: What are you hoping for now that you got your BFP? Girl? Boy? Twins? Triplets? I know, maybe you're still in the "All I want is a baby, I don't care what it is" mode... but you're getting your baby! So girl or boy? Singleton or more?!

I want twin girls. Always have. Abigail and Hayden.

and...Thanks for the good luck wishes. I figure if I go ahead and join th eMay 2010 due dates with confidence, I'll luck out and get my BFP. This month was actually almost a "time out"... We've been doing Follistim for the past 4 cycles, but opted to revert back to Letrozole for one cycle (since I would be on vacation during OV time).... I did have a nice 16.5 on the left the day before I went on vacation. And sorry if it's TMI, but we didn't miss a day. lol!!! So I'm hoping this will be my month!!!

I hope this doesn't sound bad but I'm really hoping we are having a singleton. My DH is disabled and I'm a NICU RN so I know all the complications that go along with multiples and prematurity. We did put in 3 blasts because of my history and the embryologist recommended it.

I am a little nervous about how many are in there. I just finally got my beta # 3 from Friday (17dp5dt) and it was 8984.

Deanna, I'll take any you don't want. lol. No, hun, it doesn't sound bad. Every person's situation is different. Someone told me the other day..."I may not get what I want, but I'll love whatever I get".... try to think of it like that... you're numbers do look a little high, but if it makes you feel better, I know lots of people that have singletons with high betas.... Good luck on getting your ONE

Also, are the Czech IVF's cheaper? How does that work?

Good luck on getting your ONE

Also, are the Czech IVF's cheaper? How does that work?

Oh good, I was hoping that didn't sound bad. We are so blessed at this point. I would definitely be happy with anything, I just have a preference for ONE.

Czech IVF is MUCH cheaper. If you go using your own eggs, it's a 3 week trip but even with airfare and hotel, it's less than $8,000. You can travel around and visit other parts of Eastern Europe while you are cycling and I felt like that made me less stressed. I was forgetting why I was even there at times. Well.....almost. We used donor eggs and this was my 2nd trip there. I only stayed for one week and a donor cycle cost $7000 total for me. My DH didn't go the 2nd time so it cut the cost some. Here in the US, a donor cycle would be 25K at least. So, yes the cost was a big factor. But also, the clinic was wonderful and I would highly recommend to anyone.
