Anyone get a BFP this week and want to obsess with me?

I am a bit nervous about jinxing this, but I have to believe that it's going to work out this time. This is my 4th IVF and I'm hoping it's the lucky one!

I got very early positive tests on the HPT...I am not sure the trigger ever left before the pregnancy HCG came in. I saw faint positives at 7,8,9 dpo. At 10 dpo it was a little darker, and my beta that day was only 8.5! 2 days later at 12dpo beta was 63, so it went way up. I will have my 3rd beta tomorrow....can't wait to see what it is. My HPT's are saying it is going up though....test line darker than control today.

So I'm feeling positive and really hoping to be on this thread for a good long time. Please come chat if you are newly pregnant and due in March!

Hi ladies! I got a BFP on July 2nd with a hpt. We are surprised since we weren't trying and or expected it to happen naturally after everything we'd been though to get our second. I re-tested on Wednesday and that little + was darker so we are again!

CONGRATS Jowen!!! If I ever get pregnant naturally I would not believe it! I see you wrote immune issues....I am dealing with those as well. On tons of meds this time, but hoping its making a difference.

AFM: My betas are going nuts and so I have my ultrasound on Monday! The last beta was 2140 at 18dpo, and my IVF nurse said she thinks its likely more than 1!

I am starting to feel sick already too! But too happy to care.

Yeah since we were surprised we haven't been using the Lovenox I used during my last pregnancy. I have my first OB appointment next Friday morning. Not sure I'll get an U/S at that appt but hopefully not too soon after. I need to see a little beating heart!!

I had high betas like yours with my last pregnancy and we thought twins, but were happy with our one healthy little bean

Elika - if you don’t mind id love to come join you, seems like we have similar stories. I am currently in the 2ww of my 5th IVF cycle. I was trying to wait until tomorrow to POAS but broke down this morning and took an HPT. I got a light, but clearly distinctive BFP. I am only 3dp5dt so I am a bit worried its residual HCG from the trigger shot. Not sure. My beta isn’t until the 15th but I am trying to get in earlier. I have a e2, p4 and TSH level check on the 12th so I am trying to see if they will order a beta as well.
I have ever intention of POA digi tomorrow and then another FRER on Sunday so I can compare the color of the lines.
I am starting to get excited but also super anxious - as I know you fully understand.
I am on Dexamsone for elevated Nka cells as well as Lovenox. I am hoping this will be our miracle cycle … and would be on cloud nine if both our LO’s took.
Here is my HPT from this morning. Picture was taken about 6.5-7 hours AFTER POAS, so of course it dried a bit darker than it originally was. Trigger was done 9days and 8 hours before the HPT!
If this cycle works due date would be March 22!

Not looking so good ths morning. I started spotting and have awful cramping with it. I have a feeling we probably should have been using the Lovenox injections again to maintain the pregnancy. I did spot some with my last but it didn't start until 9 weeks and it was a vessel that became irritated by sex. Still got my that this little bean holds!

Jowen - i hope everything is OK with your LO. Can you get on Lovenox now instead of waiting? Will you be able to be seen by anyone today! Will be thinking of you, keep us posted!!

AFM - tested again this morning and got a MAJOR squinter on my hands. I am thinking yesturdays test was either major trigger still in my system or an evil evap. I dont know what is going on now. I will test again tomorrow and see how things are looking.

Oh no! Can you get on lovenox ASAP? I have heard spotting is pretty common in pregnancy and doesn't necessarily mean anything is wrong. But with your history, maybe you should start treating?

Were you taking blood thinner last time for APA? Do you have an immune Dr you can call up on the weekend?

I hope that it's normal spotting and will be hoping all is okay. Please keep us posted.

Hi amazingrace! I want you to join us! So that line better get darker tomorrow! I tested every day after trigger, so I could see it leave. But still, it was not clear what was going on. Problem was I just glanced at the sticks when it was early, and saw them as negative about 4-5 days past retrieval. I got light but definite BFP on 7dpo when i really started looking. Thats so early, so I was wondering if it was trigger. I got another even lighter BFP 8dpo and again 9dpo. I was freaking out that it was fading! I finally got a slightly darker BFP on day 10, and got my beta done that day. It came back at 8.5!! So for me, I do think that at 7,8,9 dpo it must have been some trigger in there. You are still really early, so don't get down about a lighter line, thats exactly what happened to me. And starting off at only 8.5 beta on 10dpo, I am now off the charts with over 2000 on 18dpo. I know these are the most agonizing days. The good thing is that you do have a little line there. I really hope it stays around and just gets darker and darker! You have been through enough rounds of IVF already.

Who do you see for your immune issues? I have not had the full testing but am getting there. Almost everything I test for comes back positive, and I am so scared that I am too messed up for this to work. I really hope I am on a magic mixture of meds this time.

It's done! The bleeding is just to heavy for it to have survived. I'll be calling my doctor tomorrow to get something to help clean it all out. At this point I don't think a D&C is needed.

Things are not looking to good on my end, the HPT this morning was a major SQUINTER. if my levels are rising like they should be my HPTs should be getting darker, not lighter. Ive been in this same spot 5 other times so i kinda know what to expect. I am extremely depressed, i know its still early but its hard to keep the faith. i was so certain this time worked, especially with my perfect little ones - we never had such great quality embryos before.
ill keep testing but not expecting much. i wanna crawl unders the covers and not come out. im so upset.

jowen- I'm so sorry. I really wish this wasn't happening to you. My thoughts are with you.

amazingrace- I am so sorry that todays test was not better news. I still feel like there is a small chance for you. Remember my line got lighter on 8 and 9 dpo also. I hope you are wrong. Either way, I am so sorry you are going through this.

This is just not fair girls. I am so sad for you both right now. I'm also feeling really tentative about my pregnancy. My Dad knows we did IVF and it worked. We went to his house for dinner tonight. He saw my bloated belly (i have no shirts that fit anymore!) and he actually patted it and was all happy saying "you're looking pregnant!". I didn't want to squelch his enthusiasm so I just mumbled something about the drugs and it being early. I don't want to look pregnant yet! Not until I feel like it's going to last. I have my first ultrasound tomorrow at 5 weeks! Very early. They are doing it because my HCG is high and so I guess for some reason thats how they decide. I really hope we see a normal looking sac tomorrow.

I will be trying to enjoy an appreciate every moment, as I am feeling the pain of my buddies on here tonight. Take care of yourselves please girls.

Elika - good luck at your U/S tomororw, im sure they are doing a 'head count' u/s since your betas are so high. Cant wait to hear the news!!

AFM - im driving myself NUTS with these stupid test so i took them over to my firend and told her to just keep them until tuesday, no matter how much i beg. She had a cheap $tree test so i took that, and much to my surprise the line was alot darker on that then it was on the FRER. I have my beta in the morning so hoping for some good news. Im feeling a little bit better from the $tree test but still sick to my stomach with nerves cause of the FRERs and their lightness. why in the world do i do this with myself.

Hi Ladies,

We got our BFP on July 4th . So thrilled after our 7th or 8th IUI and it was by far a disaster of an experience this cycle (LOL) Anyway we had 4-5 follies so I am feeling so blessed ( and so very scared) that we have a little sweet pea or sweet peas. We have had 2 chemicals and feel cautiously optimistic.

Our beta's:

14 dpiui: 169
First U/S: 7/14
