Maybebaby-Your belly shot looks like art and is all mysterious looking like black and white...Super cool!
Ok-I gotta shrink the pixils on the photo to make it work. I look like I ate a cantelope for breakfast. Boston-What pants are you wearing these days? I'm still in between but definently on the prego side of things now. Peachy cant believe I havent bought any real maternity pants yet. Im really starting to feel icky, and really need some clothes that fit!! MM-Im sure you saw that I wrote you back, but I finally got the coveted "list"-thank you!!!! Joy-I thought about you today. I went to Michaels Craft store to buy some ribbon because I love making my own thank you notes. I think we need to stock you up on fun "crafty" projects to get you through the bedrest so we need to start thinking... I think you need a box full of pretty papers, hole punch, gules, stamps, ribbon, etc..Here's some ideas: 1-anytype of cards are super adorbale. 2-Wooden letters from Michaels look great painted for baby room 3-Scrapbook? (I dont do any scrapbooking, I havent had the time yet!) What do you think? I dont want you to pull your hair out when bedrest time comes. We gotta get you prepared. I will do the "Martha Stewart Craft Chairwoman", but Im not good at the scrapbooking part. Oh, and I've never been to jail. haha

Peachy -- What is this about a screaming match and the police!!!! Details please...  Joy -- Do you knit? Knitting would be a GREAT bedrest past time! I started knitting about 18 months ago and have been dreaming about being on bedrest so I could knit little hats and sweaters all day long! Teehee! Havana -- So glad you finally got the list! Oh, I looooovveeee the belly shots!! You both look great! I will have to put an updated one up soon (when we take one). My OB says I look like what I would look like with a singleton at 26 weeks! Holy moly! Its all belly at this point, but thats going to change soon. Bring on the butt, double-chin and kankles. Yikes! I've gained about 14lbs right now so I'm a little behind where they want me to be, but I'm getting there.
Peachy - we gotta hear that story about the screamin match! I've never met you in person, but from what I gather from our pm's and this forum its not adding up!!! Oh girls, I have been eating so much junk food! McDonald's 4x in the past 6 days!!! What the??? My OB has given me permission to eat anything and everything, but I can't believe thats what has been sounding good. Granted, I only eat a happy meal, but still! Sick! Went to another cute baby furniture store today. Found a crib we fell in love with but it was $1250!!! FORGET IT! Maybe I would splurge if we were just having one, but with three its out of the question. I'll have to send you guys the name of the company..for those of you who are modern/minimalists you would love this line! MaggieMay - hope this day went by quickly for you! Maybe - I too love the black and white - it is so mysterious! Peach - I would love a good story for some distraction while I sit in this bed. JKris - Quick update so you know - I had bleeding and went to the Er on Sunday night. So far the cervix is closed and I am on bedrest. They never did say for how long...I still have spotting and some cramp...but hopefully all is ok. Sorry Jkris if I already posted that info - but my brain is very fuzzy and I cannot remember much. I hope you are resting well in your bed! My butt is embedding a shape in my mattress!! I feel helpless! I tried to go with dh to get lunch today while our housecleaner came in (thank God for them) - and I immediately got some cramping...shortly after the spotting started again....rughghgh!! Okay talk soon girls!! I am waiting Peach..

Whats the deal? They put you on bedrest and didnt tell you for how long? How/When do you find out? Robin & MM-How did you learn to knit? Im not sure I would find the time, but that would be so great, seems relaxing!

Thanks ladies- I think it’s a combination of black and white and the fact I’m side ways because my tummy does look like I had a big meal!

Just got back home....
I love the belly shots too!! Maybe I'll get brave enough to post my four month marker belly shot on Saturday. Yep, our room is black. Definitely going to need numerous coats of KilZ. The owners before us had immaculate taste with everything but two items so I can't complain too much but.... we have the black spare bedroom (they had an elegant toile print in there for a bedspread) and leopard carpeting in our dressing room!!! Yep. That's got to go one of these days too. So, my screaming match story. Very last contractor to work on my house project during a long 6 months. Well, the guy didn't know what he was doing and I told my general contractor that I wanted him fired after 24 hours. The general contractor kept trying to convince me to give him another day and another day. Well, after 3 days the project should have been done and he wasn't even 1/3 done. So, I have this plan to get to the house early, pack his stuff, and meet him at the door. When I get there, it turns out the guy had slept in the house overnight (I left him there at 8pm) and had kept a poor day-laborer there with him! The poor laborers family probably thought he had been kidnapped! I freaked out. Told him to get out immediately. He started screaming back. Starts telling me how he served time in the army and owns guns....that women are such b*tches to work for, etc. It was literally world war III. My other contractors in the house at the time were these very proper southern guys whom didn't even believe in using a four letter word with a woman in the room and had already apologized to me for once saying sh*t while I was in the room! Well, I make the general contractor get there since he wanted to keep this guy on the project. They get into a shoving match trying to escort him out... I have to call the police... you get the idea! It was a lot of excitement and wasn't even 9am yet! Definitely gave us something to talk about for days. Oh, and I had an open house in 5 days and had to call around and beg in a favor to get the poject done. It would have made for an UGLY episode of Flip This House if cameras were following me

I'm with you Maybebaby!! Let's just say he definitely wasn't raised here in the South! It was a shame after I had 95% perfect contractors... but it turned out gorgeous in the end... maybe I'll post some before and after pictures!

Maybebaby - yeah, I look like I have a small basketball on my belly. Luckily, I am pretty petite person so its nothing too crazy, but I'm sure the weight will start to distribute to new places soon, so it should be interesting to see how it goes!! MaggieMay - I do want to learn to knit! A friend taught me one day, but for the life of me I really don't remember how to do it. I think my MIL knows how, so I will have to get her to teach me when we move back to Indy.
