Cat- The paint is gorgeous!! It will be so adorable with the jumping frogs! You did an amazing job. Can't wait to see it when it is all done. Thanks for the warning on the sugar test.
Havana- Thanks. They just started talking last week after Dh sent him a letter basically telling him that he would always love him no matter what (you know, kind of talking to a 14 yr old kid). So it is going slow. But I have nothing to do with them. Doesn't bother me. Okay, so pregnancy gingivitis is something that they can deal with & cure, thank goodness! Also, the dentist's daughter was probably sucking her stomach in! I wouldn't worry about it. We all worked so hard to get to this point, we deserve to show our bellies!! Next time Dh asks if you went for your 30 min walk, just say yes. I am sure that all the running around you do adds up to more than 30 mins of walking! Peachy- Yeaaaaaaaaaaahhhh!! To no bleeding for you! But at least you know to expect it. Sounds like your ob is a good one. Okay, no fair that Dh doesn't excersise and still has a 32 inch waist!! The Whoppi thing about Vick makes me sick. I just don't get defending the whole "well, that's how they grew up" thing. Too bad Whoppi is an idiot too. Oh well. I will try and post the new u/s pic tomorrow. Dh forgot to take it to work to scan for me. I will post the cute one, the other two are of the scary alien face. Nathalie

Nathalie - I'm happy that your u/s went well today! And good for you for sticking to your guns and NOT finding out the gender!
 Sorry to hear that DH's ds is still being immature about the whole situation. Hopefully it will get better as time passes....once his baby is born, I'm sure he'll realize that not everything is about him anymore.Peachy - glad to hear you had a good appointment overall today. Don't worry about not exercising. I haven't been at all...I figure I'll hire a trainer after the pregnancy and have my friend (she's a RD) come up with a nutrition plan for me when I'm trying to lose the weight. I figure 9 months on, 9 months off! Sorry you won't be able to go to the farm again though. I know your son will LOVE going there throughout his childhood!Havana - sorry to hear about the pregnancy gingivitis.  I know it can be such a pain! My sister actually got it when she was on the pill! At least it's treatable and your "yuck mouth" should go away soon!Cat - the room looks great!! You guys are so creative. I don't think I'd have the patience to tape off perfectly level lines all the way around the room. Even though I'm hoping to get the painter to paint the baby's room for us, I think my creativity ends at one color. hahaha That's what happens when you're an accountant.

Nat - you are one strong woman! that's great that you got a bunch of baby stuff...
Havana - sorry about your gingivitis... it will go away... i am atill waiting to see your "BIG ONE"  Peachy - my sugar test is not until mid october (28 weeks), i guess you'll be having yours before me, let us know how it goes... Cat - your nursery looks great! i bet you dd wants her room painted now... Boston - my creativity ends at one color as well and i am yet to pick that one color i actually told my builder to paint it just off white because i couldn't come up with the color

Robin - I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one that's creatively challenged.
Is everyone having a glucose tolerance test? My OB hasn't mentioned one to me yet (maybe she will at my appt on Monday). I had one done when I was in high school (part of just about every test known to man that they ran on me to figure out what was causing some symptoms I was having) and it's not something I'm looking forward to again . Anyway, I remember the drink being yucky. Make sure you bring a good book or some knitting or a fun friend to help keep you occupied!!

Quick question
I will be at 19 weeks tomorrow and have not felt the baby move. I have little pinches here and there but I have had those. Anyone have any insight into when I can expect to feel him?

Hi Bri01! It's such a difficult question to answer because every pregnancy is different. I JUST started feeling the baby kick this past weekend (around 21w4d) but I was feeling little "fluttery" movements for few weeks before that. Some of my friends never felt the fluttery movements though...they only felt the kicks. Don't worry...you'll feel your baby move soon!!

It's definately different for all of us Bri! I've felt this guy earlier because this is my second preg and I know what to expect. Otherwise, I think you can overlook it that it's such a light movement at times.
Robin- have your painter paint the room the very pale light blue in the background. Robin-I got an idea for your pooh room. Remember those old school projectors that our teachers used when we were growing up? The ones that had the clear sheets and then they could write on the sheet with a pen and it would project on the wall? Well i think they sell those at Michaels.
