Havana, I'm feeling pretty much the same. Thanks for asking! At least I haven't thrown up since this morning. But I know I'm not eating enough because I'm sick and I haven't been able to take my prenatal vitamin so, I'm worried the little one isn't getting all the good stuff he/she needs!

Hahahaha...I know, I can't wait to start buying things. I've been compensating by buying ridiculous amounts of things for my friends' new babies. hahaha I don't think we'll start buying things until Sept/Oct at the earliest. Since our house will be a disaster zone while construction is going on, I want to wait as long as I can to bring in new, clean things for the baby. Plus, I want to know what the gender of the baby is before I start buying things too!

Robin, I am also holding my self back, I didnt buy anything for my self yet and for much longer will not for baby....... waiting...... but thinking about making crib with my hands......

Im not going to buy anything until we find out if its a boy or a girl. I dont want green and yellow. (Also, Im also too chicken until way past the 12 week mark)

I haven't bought anything baby related yet either. I think we'll definitely wait until we find out the sex to buy any clothes. We may at least look at some furniture at some point in July just to have an idea of what we like.

I get gender results as part of cvs and plan on starting to decorate the nursery then-- paint, bedding, etc. I'll prob wait to buy clothes till much later (and then only if we're having a boy because we already have the girl stuff)

Hi Guys!!!

So, I've been home for hours but we had a huge storm in Chicago and our power was knocked out for 6 hours! I kept telling my dh that I needed it to come back on so I could post the update!

Went to the dr. for the u/s and everything is fine! WHEW!!! I cried when we got to the u/s room and cried as soon as the tech told me everything was ok. Hormones definitely don't help in situations like this, but it was such a relief to know they are all ok. They all waved at us and were moving around like crazy. Heartbeats were 154, 160 & 161. And, I'm 12 wks, 5 days today and they were all measuring 13 wks 2 days!!! So, Boston - don't worry about the puking and not keeping the prenatals down...its been like that for me for 6 wks now and obviously the little ones still grow in spite of it all! So, I feel SO much better! I was just hysterical this morning and scared to death. Thanks for all your nice posts...honestly, I couldn't wait to come home and post to keep you all updated!!!

How was the afternoon? I agree with everyone on the buying stuff...we are waiting a while too! Like Havana, I don't really want all yellow/green stuff.

Hope you are all doing well! Bedtime for me...cried and puked too much today and now I'm exhausted.

Oh!!! They took a 3D of all the babies today, so I will try to post tomorrow! Pretty cool stuff!

Joy, I am so happy that everything is ok with the babies! I'm sure you feel so much better now. Can't wait to see the 3-D u/s.

Ok, I did break down this weekend and bought 2 things for the baby-a baby book that I already started filling in, and a really soft small blanket square with a lamb's head on top ( sounds wierd, but there's a name for it, "lovey's" maybe?). Once I hit 12 weeks I think I got more confident and it seemed ok to start buying things. I don't want to get too much, though, till we know if it's a boy or girl.

I actually had a flintstone vitamin yesterday because i bought some for my dd-- they're pretty good! Definately better than the prenatals. although my friend had some odd prenatal that was chewable and she really liked that.

Maggie, the lovey sounds cute. Do you guys like lambs?

Cat, yes, I love lambs. As kids, we had one at grandmas as a pet, her name was "Berushka" (Lady Bug) and she was our "dog", was walking with us in that village...... and just looking at her, I have her picture with grandpa on my desk.....only and only one picture, no others.....how funny you did ask.....
For sure I dont like lamb on plate! Never did try and never will.
Have to say, I had a dream about you, you sent some website to me and to get in I needed password and I didnt want to sign up, so you give me yours to get in "0915" and user name "CATT".........so funny!!!
