My appt is sometime tomorrow, actually. I need to call and find out what time because silly me wrote the appt date and dr names down but not the times?
V- thanks for the link- that looks awesome! and since you got such a cool link out of it, i won't give you a hard time about watching the show. the baby story ones are generally okay-- it's anything on discovery channel that should be avoided  Nat- here's another dd story for you-- we went for a little walk this am (and she had to carry the balloons left from my shower yesterday) and it started to rain a little bit. dd wasn't concerned about herself getting wet-- it was "oh no, my balloons are getting wet, let's run mommy" I assured her the balloons would be okay. Also, when saw the balloons yesterday she started saying "happy birthday to me", and I had to tell her these weren't bday balloons, they were "big sister" balloons because she's going to be a big sister  Nat- I think that baby wisdom applies to almost all kids!

Sorry for the long wait. I didn't hear from Havana till 9am and I've had my hands full ever since letting dh sleep in.
Havana got stuck last night at the 7-8cm marker and was exhausted and in pain. Just a really long 30 hours of labor. The baby's heartrate and hers were elevated and they were both running fevers. So, the decision was made for the c-section and they did it a little before 1am. Matteos Pendleton is 7lbs. 14ozs. I forgot to ask the length in my sleep deprived state. Sorry. She said he has dark hair too. Rebecca and her dh are exhausted (and still hungry!). They are going to rest up today and try to catch up on a little sleep. I'll go visit tomorrow. The baby is doing great... I think it's just been a long few days for everyone... Robin- I hope you are doing ok too. What a long night for you guys. I'm sure you'll have some great stories to compare with Havana. Rest up and take the medicine! Oh, and send the baby to the nursery for the first night (at least) so you and Irina can get a little sleep. We had a rough sleep night over here last night too. Just one of those days I guess. He did great all day and then just wanted to eat all night. I'm going to try to pump a little more often today and see if I can get a few bottles built up. I'd love to get off the formulat supplements and see if that helps the restlessness after feedings.

It sounds like it was quite an exhausted journey for her. Matteos is a bigger than I thought he'd be for our little Havana!! (Now I'm afraid of how big my little one is going to be! hahaha) Please pass along my congratulations!

 ME: 32 DH: 37 Married since eight years. Unexplained infertility... One doxy baby: Beetle Three IUIs in 2007 - BFN IVF (ICSI) in June. First Beta - 11th July - 72.38 Second Beta - 220.30 2nd u/s - 4th Aug - Saw my angel's heartbeat 7w4d160bpm 3rd emerg. u/s - 24th Aug - Saw the baby dancing 139bpm. Low lying placenta diagnosed. 4th u/s - 8th Oct - Placenta moved up. 3D and Anomaly scan - 23rd Oct - Everything measures perfect. Baby Hb: 148bpm. Cervical cerclage - 2nd Nov - Successful. Congratulations Havana & Dh!! Cannot wait to see pics of Matteos! What exciting news. Glad to hear that mom & baby are doing well. Oh my gosh I cannot believe how many babies we are having around here!  Peachy- Sounds like you had a busy night & morning. Hope you get some sleep. How many bottles do you have now for Aiden? Thanks for keeping us all updated. Bri- I am going to guess for Maybebaby, a girl 6lbs, 12 oz. How is Jayden doing being home? Cat- Thanks for updating the list! Nat

Bri - do you have any pumping advice for me? Do you pump immediately after a feed for an extra few minutes or at a totally different time than the feeding? One of my friends told me to pump for 15 minutes after the feed and I tried that this morning but that didn't work. I usually get 2 ounces during the pump but only got about 1/2 ounce this morning trying that system. Just curious. Thanks!

Where did you take that "JAMBONE" ????? That is how my DH call Gregor in private!!! "Jambon" is French word for "ham" !!!!! Dh little bit americanize it with "e" on end! How do you know that?? Where did you get it????? Or it is Maybebaby's work?? hahahaha......... name of my baby is Gregor Antonin Hoffert.
