Glad to see I’m not alone with the tummy time thing!
Peachy- Lauren love the burping position to sleep as well, she just hates tummy time on the play mat! LOL What a nice surprise for your mom BTW Aiden is very handsome!!
Maggie-that’s good to hear about Josh- I’m sure you are relieved
MM- I have a baby Einstein tummy time activity mat, maybe she will like it better in a few weeks. Thanks for the update on Nat!
Cat- I’m doing well, thanks wow! Your nights sound like mine!! I’m still spotting but it’s very faint…
Boston- how are you feeling?
Robin- that’s great news!!

Ok. Don't want to jinx myself here but maybe Maggie was right about the 6 week marker. Aiden hit 6 weeks yesterday and slept pretty much through the night last night in his CRIB!!! Huge news over here. He slept from 10:45pm-9:15am and only woke up once for a bottle at 4:30am and then went back to sleep. Now, if only we can repeat it tonight. I think the acid reflux medicine is kicking in. Plus, it seems using the sleepsack/swaddle was the magic last night. We've been swaddling him with blankets but it just wasn't enough. So, although I feel guilty for turning my baby into a live mummy, it worked great! And, he is currently mummified and sleeping in his bassinet for his nap.

And... my investment house is under contract! We're all pulling for Robin now and my house close on the 28th!

Peachy- great news! I too feel guiltily about the mummification especially because Lauren loves to suck on her thumb. I hope, no I PRAY that the 6 week mark is magic for me as well, my sanity depends on it!! Also, Congrats on the house!!

wow, that's amazing on both counts peach! Tysen seems to hate the swaddle blanket now, I think part of it is that I think he outgrew the one i bought-- it's a small for 8-12 pounds but the length I think is just a bit too short for him. hmm, 6 weeks, that's still 3 more weeks... We did great last night until 1 am, and then i couldn't get him to burp anymore and thus began the vicious cycle of up every hour...

Maggie - that's great news about Josh's hips!

Cat - I'm slowly building up a supply of pumped milk...it's odd...my supply seems to be greater in the evenings (not the mornings like all the literature I've read said it would be). Also, if you're concerned about your bleeding, don't be afraid to call your Dr!!

Robin - thanks. I'm glad to hear you're moving and are going to stage the house. It will be so wonderful to get settled into your new home!

Peachy - Aiden is so cute! I love the chubby cheeks!! And the sweater is gorgeous! Congrats on the investment house! And, a HUGE congrats on Aiden sleeping through the night!!!

Julia had her 1mo Dr's appointment today. She's up to 8lbs, 14 oz. She has a nasty looking rash on her neck and upper chest. Dr said she thinks Julia MIGHT have a slight dairy allergy. So, I can either cut out all dairy and soy for two weeks and continue to breastfeed her and see if the rash gets better...or I can use a Hypoallergenic formula to see if it helps. I don't know what to do....every time I think about introducing formula, I get upset and put myself on a guilt trip even though I know there is NOTHING wrong with feeding her formula. I think I'm still super hormonal because I just recently got rid of that other placenta so my hormones are all over the place.

boston- whatever you decide to do, you're still a great mommy Speaking of someone who's given up dairy before, it's not that hard (or it wasn't for me that is as dh is lactose intolerant so i'm used to cooking/shopping w/ less dairy)-- although i know how you love your dove bars. You could always try for a day or two -- why does he think it's dairy or soy? I know those are two of the bigger allergies, but could it be something topical too? Like the lotion or baby wash you use on them? Or the laundry detergent? Both of mine have had issues w/ johnson's baby lotion-- and dd got hives from that other stuff they recommend- drawing a blank on the name but white container, blue lid-somewhat like a vaseline- i ended up using cetaphil which seems to work well. I hope you are able to figure it out!

robin- my fingers are crossed for your house. Are you having an open house once the staging is done? Is it officially back on the market now?

Boston - I'm trying to decide about the BF too. Aiden is on the special Alimentum formula and I'm pumping and just storing till I make up my mind. I would have to cut out dairy and lots of other things to help the reflux and I eat very little meat. I'm the dairy queen so I might be done with the BF.

Havana is alive. I know her Mom is back helping her again so we may see her around here. I saw her on Sunday but that was the first time since she left the hospital. I know she's hanging in. Matteos is having some issues with reflux too and she's working on those. As of yesterday, Matteos hadn't pooped in 3 days so she was working on that too....
