Okay the donuts came and I prob didn't need the half cup mixture of coffee/milk/hot chocolate that I had to accompany the cream filled donut. I think I have a little too much sugar in me now but boy was it yummy!

Robin, I like having plans for the fourth- sounds like a great way to spend the day! We don't have any plans for this wed yet, except dinner w/ mil & fil which i'm not overly looking forward to...

About that gender......when I had that CVS test 2 weeks ago and they did that detailed u/s, dr. did catch nicely place between legs and did show to us that "little something" what can be still both - penis or clitoris, he did say it is early to find out at this time. I was that day 11w3d.

Cat, that is good you can eat and eat without watching weight!!! My SIL is here from last week and I have 2 lb up!!! That is her fault!!!

Peachy and others, yes, we want belly picture!!!! NOW!!! ...because soon it will be second round!!!! we will have nothing to compare with!!!!!

Alicia - I'm sorry to hear about Baby C and am saying lots of prayers for Baby A and for you.

Well, the good news is we're finally down in Florida and were able to close on the house last Friday. Unfortunately, they tented it for termites on Friday so I haven't been able to go in the house yet (but I will this afternoon). Also, the moving company dropped the ball and all of our furniture is still in Virginia! Our furniture should be here by the 8th at the latest. Right now, we're staying at my in-laws' house, but I'm trying to convince DH we need to get a hotel on the beach since the moving company will pay for it. Hopefully, we'll be doing that soon! I have my first OB/Gyn appointment scheduled for tomorrow at 4:15 ET. I'm feeling better because I found out that one of my friends also uses that office and says that they are great. She doesn't know my dr., but she's heard that he's good so we'll see...it's early enough that I can switch dr.'s if I need to. Oh, and I have my MIL checking to see if she knows of any u/s techs that want to practice (she's a surgical tech)...we'll see what happens with that.

Anyway, I just wanted to drop in real quick and see how everyone was doing. I miss all of ya'll and hopefully I'll be able to check in more regularly soon!

i have a confession to make... i've never ever had a dream about a baby... well, last night i had a dream that i was looking at an u/s photo and was convinced it was u/s of a boy... then i saw (in my dream) boy about a year old with curly blond hair... i sure hope this dream comes true...

Cat you're always cracking me up with your food stories. You me and peach seem to be the only ones that didnt get sick and eating everything in site. I sort of wish that I didnt have such an appetite. Girls Ive got some very alarming news: Ive gained 12 pounds. O-M-G.
Let's all remember that I am the one that is 5'1" and used to weigh 99 pounds.

I decided that after 12 weeks (oh gosh is that tomorrow??) that I need to start SOME kind of exercise. DH is starting to notice that Im getting bigger too...yesterday, I decided to take up swimming. There is a pool in my neighborhood with a lap, and I started a little early. It was really funny because:
1. I dont have a maternity swimsuit, and I wore a BIKINI and I totally look 5 months prego. Gotta go back to the store.....
2. Swimming on your stomach is like swimming with aturkey strapped to your belly.I kept rolling over onto my back.
3. Swimming is exhausting. DH actually pulled me down the lap while I did some kicking. He told me it looked like I was in physical therapy.

Luckily, the pool was very quiet and no one saw me pulling a Demi Moore at the pool.

Thanks for asking about my meds, the antibiotics make me feel ike Im on tranquilizers. (snore)

Robin-Glad to hear that the 4th is still on, and you can still tell your friends. Is it still at the lake with the band and everything?

Boston-What type of shin-dig is going on in when you finally tell your parents? They are going to be so happy!

SunRae-Good to hear from you! congratulations on your new house! I bet its blazing hot in Florida. My DH's family is from Miami. It feels like Vietnam down there this time of year, so we're going down in a few months.

Havana- I've found maternity suits dont fit until about 7-8 months pregnant but good luck! I wore a bikini over the weekend too but didn't take off my shorts or shirt! (LOL, I didn't venture into the water) Quite a few of my friends wore bikinis throughout their pregnancy. And I think i'm right there w/ you at 12 pounds, but since the ivf bcps started. Luckily my ob doesn't have my pre-pre pregnancy weight, otherwise they might give me a hard time for the weight gain. I might have to do some more walking... I do find myself sick some but if I keep eating every hour and a half, I seem to manage to not get sick. (i instead just gain lots of weight, i've honestly debated getting sick instead but decided that wouldn't be fair to baby or dh or dd who need me not ill so i just eat

Havana - your pool story cracked me up! hahaha Wednesday isn't much of a shin-dig...we're just going to my parents' house for a cookout with them and my sister and brother. So, it will just be nice and low key.

Robin - your dream is so cute! I haven't had any baby dreams yet. I always had them before my friends told me they were pregnant and the gender of their babies in my dreams so far has been correct for all three of my friends with babies!! So, that little boy with the curly blond hair just might be a reality!

Good news ladies - I think my appetite might be coming back!! Because I have felt sick, I really haven't gained much weight...maybe 3 or 4 lbs. Oddly enough, I ate more than I have been over the weekend but my stomach seems smaller today. ???

i've gained about 10 lbs and not worrying about it YET... since my nausea is gone, i have great appetite my saturday morning breakfast consisted of butter buscuit with sausage gravy, bacon/egg/cheese buscuit and hush browns i had salad for lunch, but the dinner was HUGE... we went for Japanese, they usually have big portions there, well, i had nothing left over... by 10pm i was hungry again and had left over pasta from the night before... is it lunch time yet? i am hungry!

i totally agree... i went "for a swim" yesterday on the lake and my balance was totally off... plus, i could hardly get myself back on the boat, so embarrasing!
my bathing suit doesn't fit anymore, i just wear short and a sports bra... works fine for the lake...

Well, being a newbie here is proving to be pretty difficult. I can't keep up with everyone's stories yet. But I'm going to give it my best effort to try to catch up. I planned to go back and read all of the 50 pages that I missed out on but more and more new pages keep showing up! It's really a great thread and you are all so supportive of each other.

Havana... your pool story had me laughing out loud this morning. I have got to get on the exercise bandwagon as well. (Pre-pregnancy I am 5'0" about 102 lbs as well) I swear that it is just popping out there. I don't have another OB appt until July 17th so I'm not sure about my gain. My clothes say that things are changing though.

We are headed to the lake with friends for the weekend. It will be interesting to see if I am brave enough to actually remove my skirt and shorts.

Our camera is currently out of commission but I know I need to get started on the belly pictures soon. I'm starting to forget how I looked already. hahaha!

Dont feel bad that you cant keep us all straight yet-we certainly dont want you to feel like an outsider. You have 7 more months to get to know us! Many of us have been on this forum for some time and we were in April Cycle Buddies together as many of us went through IVF together. We're VERY happy to have everyone, and it's an amazing group of women! ...and we all have infertility and now pregnancy in common! Sometimes it is fun to go back and read from the beginning. Oh definently look back at MaybeBaby's charts. That will help you know who's on here and due dates, etc...

Havana - I love your swimming story! I wore a suit this weekend and it was really snug! I'm going to have to search for another option!!!

Robin- yippee! I'm glad you will still be able to make your announcement at the big party!

Boston - can't wait to hear how your family reacts! They are going to be so excited!! First grandchildren are always a big deal!

Mirka - how's it going with all your visitors?

Vanessa - it is hard to keep up...I hate it when I miss a few days of posts because I always feel like I have so much to catch up on! Havana is right...there is plenty of time to get to know all of us and soon you will have it down!

Oh the weight gain...so fun! I'm normally 112lbs (at 5' 4")...today I was 124! So, I'm getting there! She said the weight will really start to pack on in the next 6-8 weeks. Should be interesting!

The rest of the OB appt today went well. Cervix looks good (tmi - sorry!), heard the heartbeats on doppler and they were all in the 150-160 range and everything else looked normal. The dr. told me she hopes to get me to 35-36 weeks...WHAT?! I was thinking 33...I'm seriously going to be huge and miserable!!!

Now for the crappy news...the dr wants us to try to hold out until 20 weeks to find out what we are having!!!! AHHHHH! She said it can be more difficult with multiples to tell what they are...not sure I believe that at all! I was really hoping to find out at 17 weeks or so! As of right now our appt for that u/s is scheduled for Aug 13th, but I think I might call them and lie and say we are going to be out of town and see if they will push it up! I don't think I can wait that long! Argh!!!

Quick question... anyone else out there experiencing "pulling or tugging" sensations LOW abdomen middle? I think I remember this from last time but it has picked up a bit yesterday and today...

Joy, say you're husband's going to be out of town and he'd like to be there... then if they can't push it up, they won't be confused when you don't want to push it back (ok, so maybe i've done that sort of thing before) And that totally stinks that you have to wait! I'm sorry! But I'm glad everything looked good! And it's great that your cervix looks good- very important- especially w/ multiples, never tmi!

Vanessa, glad to see you'll be posting a belly shot too- ;p And yes, i'm having some tugging, generally mine are a little left or right, but sometimes center. I think they're round ligament pains and quite normal...

Joy - I am so happy to hear that the appointment went well and that all your little ones resting comfortably. 20 weeks does seem so far away...I am sure I'll have to wait that long to find out the gender...but I am sure if you ask them to push it up, they will!
