Hi Everyone,
We didnt make it to the mountains.....Oh well, we did take lots of nice walks, though.

Cat-The appt. went fine. Pap and I got the clearance for bd'ing...now if we can get little Matteos to go to sleep happily maybe we'll have a chance...he wants to be on me all the time and is great at night, but this poses quite a problem with my "reunion" with DH, right??

We've decided we're going to get my mom to come back and then go to a fab hotel in the city just so we can have a night out and eat and SLEEP!!

Robin-Matteos has very erratic poops. He can poop sometimes every 3 days which the pediatrian says is normal. (I know sounds very crazy) Ive spoken to lots of moms whose baby had this issue. I would say by day 3 you can try 1 ounce Gerber white pear to 1 ounce water. It usally works pretty quick, so be ready. Try not to worry. My dr said over 5 (yes FIVE) then to worry about it.

Robin, so you're back at work? Urg, my daycare just called and they have a spot available starting next week but they dont' think they'll have one in april!!! URG. how are your daycare plans going? oh and the pooping is normal... just keep nursing and he'll get there... past 5 days, my drs office recommends about a Tbsp prune juice mixed into a bottle...

Havana- i envy your night out! I really need sleep

I did run yesterday and it was fine but I think i'm even more tired (of course) and i think i got even less sleep last night.

gulp... yes, i am at work... i miss my little guy sooooooo much! my mom is staying with us and taking care of Alex. We hope to start daycare Apr. 14th (unless it falls though)... if it does, i'll just quit my job and be a SAHM...

Robin - Hope going back to work gets easier on you. How is your Mom doing with a baby all day? Very impressive that Mom volunteered. I'm glad you found another daycare option.

Cat - I'm so impressed that you ran at all! We're still having good nights and bad over here too.

Havana - Maybe you can talk dh into a night away at the Ritz resort an hour away!

Closing is back on for 10am tomorrow. Second times the charm, right? Buyers are supposed to sign off tonight and we'll sign tomorrow. I just went and checked out this massive gym on my street. It's one of the fancy ones so I never ventured in before. I'm thinking about it. Their daycare starts at 6 weeks so I could take Aiden already. They've got indoor and outdoor pools and start baby swim lessons at 6 months and all sorts of summer camps when Aiden gets a little bigger. The daycare was huge with lots of security and separate baby rooms with a 4:1 ratio. Hmmm... I think I've got to get serious about the weight loss part.... if I ever want to wear pants again with these J Lo hips and behind!!

Robin- I'm sure you do miss him- are you close enough to see him at lunch? I am so not looking forward to going back. I don't know what i'll do about daycare... i guess start looking into other options. DH wants me to call and see when another opening is anticipated and maybe i can stay home until then (that'd be the best

Peach- having someone or a class to meet at the gym is great motivation. I know when i plan on going by myself i often don't, but if i'm meeting someone there or signed up for a class it's enough motivation to get me out... I have my fingers crossed for your closing!!!

Robin- you are so lucky Alex is a great sleeper! I find that when Lauren is fussy and is straining, I give her gripe water, and she poops not long afterward...you’re lucky to have your mom with you.

Cat- wow! Tysen is growing fast! Size 2’s already?!

Bri- Haha! I too thought that was your new house! Whew!! How was your date night? Gosh, I wish WPB was closer to you so that we could get together for lunch. Yes, I started his scrapbook & babybook but mine is no where detailed as yours. 3,000 something miles??!! Where in the world did you go??

Robin- I swear I am salivating at the thought of the Melting Pot. I am sure you two had a wonderful time. I am jealous.

Peachy- Ooooooooooooo!! Aiden is so freaking cute! Gosh, I thought Sean's cheeks were big, nope...Aiden has him beat! Love his jeans. I like Robin's idea of taking a cranky Aiden to the closing. hahaha! I hope your doggie is doing okay after the paw surgery.

Maybebaby- Oh Lauren is just adorable!! How cute is that FedEx t-shirt??!! She is a little ham for the camera. You look like you are in love. Sean not sleeping well either.

Havana- Congrats on getting the go ahead for the b'ding!! I find out Thursday. Wonderful idea to get a hotel room for the two of you. Miss you my little Pavo mama!

MM- Where are you??

Cat- I am so impressed that you ran the 2 miles. Is dd over her cold? The fussiness is really down compared to what it was before when I was drinking milk but he is still cranky for a little bit every night. Tries to fight the sleep.

I called MM today and mistakenly hit Mirka's number not realizing it. She called me back and we spoke for awhile. Mirka told me to tell everyone hello. Gregor is doing great, growing! But she is completely overwhelmed & stressed, understandbly so. She wanted me to update you all on her situation. Dh was told by the doctor that all of his back teeth have to come out before they do the radiation. 7 weeks of radiation. There is a chance that he could lose his tastebuds or the ability to make saliva which would affect digestion. His mother is there and driving her crazy. Will not leave her Dh alone to have any time with Mirka. Her parent's are there as well but it is different when it is the in-law's. My heat breaks for Mirka. Sounded so sad. I wanted to just hug her. I wish we lived nearby. She is so sweet.

Nat- dd is finally all better, but Tysen still sounds croupy, might be calling the dr soon. I've had the humidifier on and doing the hot steamy bathroom but it gets better for a day and then comes back I too have my appt on thursday. thanks for the update on mirka.

Mirka- as always, my thoughts are with you and i'll be praying that everything works out. Just take it one day at a time.

Nat- I traveled back and forth from Fl to Tx for the IVF, the longest trip ever which twice I made by myself. I figured that it would be interesting to count everything up.....in regards to the IVF. Our 2 hours out were fine but I was ready to get back to the kids.
Poor Mirka. It seems that if it wasn't for bad luck she'd have no luck at all.

Cat- Jayden fussed for 7 hours straight last night At one point that child **** near had me in tears from pure exhaustion. Right now he seems fine but he has started drooling and I wonder if we are in the early stages of teething. DD got her first at 5 months. I did the Taebo workout yesterday at 6 30am for 30 min and I am hurting today.

Nat (mi Pavocito) Thank you so much for the update on Mirka! If you speak to her again, please tell her that we are all thinking about her and we are so sorry that her and her husband are going thru this. I cant imagine the in-laws on top of everything else....I thought I had it bad. I feel horrible for complaining now.

Hi Bri! Size 2 Diapers??? I almost cried when Matteos outgrew newborn. I saved one of the Elmos.
My DH didnt watch Sesame Street growing up. I guess its not as popular outside the US. I've been teaching him the characters on the diapers. Cute huh? He gets Elmo and Ernie mixed up. Now when he's changing a diaper, he'll say, Look its Big Bird! Or Cookie Monster Pants!!

Going to the dermatologist tomorrow to see about the vericose vein on my forehead. Would you believe it calcified??? I have a huge lump on my head! Wish me luck.

i have pics of Alex all over my office i am not pumping... it just won't work here... there are no outlets in the bathroom either. I breastfeed him when i get home (6pm) then again at 10pm and before i go to work (6am)... he sleeps from 10pm until 6am... Mom gives him bottle during the day, usually at 10am and when he wakes up from his nap around 2pm...

and no wine for me, i think i had too much to drink last friday when we went out... we split a bottle of red wine and that was too much...
