Laurie- I decided against that and got the Implanon instead and bleed for 4 weeks straight and am taking bc pills on top of everything.

Mirka- Glad to hear from you and I agree that he looks older and acts it to. Good for you. I hope that things are calmer for your family.

Robin- I saw your signature. Congrats on the heartbeats for the twins. Must be so exciting.

Bri- So funny that you say that because I called this afternoon to schedule an appointment to have it taken it out and the nurse suggested Implanon. Can you feel it? So did you get it removed and now you are on only bcp's?? I have bled off and on with this IUD as well. I asked the nurse if it was unheard of for DH to still say he could feel it and she said no, most guys think it feels like an electric shock!!!!!!! What the hell?? You would have thought that this would have been discussed since my OB is a man. She said I may need to give it a while longer so that the "threads" which I found out today are made of wire "soften" up. I don't know what to do.

Cat - I have not looked into the Nuva Ring. I suppose that could probably be felt too though? I guess it wouldn't be an electric shock........

I go from trying for 3 years to have a baby to shopping all these bc methods. Crazy.

Laurie- My ob gave me a 3 month supply of the bc pills on top of the Implanon so that my body could "adjust" to the Implanon. It hurt going in, I can feel it though it does not bother me unless Jayden pushes into it when I am holding him. My arm was sore for 3 days after it was inserted and it is supposed to be good for 3 years.

Laurie - A friend of mine just put in an IUD so I'll have to ask her. She is literally fertile myrtle - got pregnant both times on the first month off the pill. But, she's got a 2yr. old and a 3 month old so I'm not sure how much "testing" she and dh have done!

Lynn - The boys look wonderful and you know I love the outfits!

Robin - Great news on the heartbeats today. Very special day!

Cat - Hi there! Any good shopping excursions lately? I keep getting sale emails

Mirka - I think Gregor looks perfect! Aiden was born with hair, lost some of it in the back, and it's now coming back in but it's still red. Hard to believe. Are you still going monthly to the Ped.? I'm sure Gregor is right in line for his age! Don't you worry over there. Oh, and I was bald till I was 2!!

Off to finish the last of the packing. We're pretty excited over here. And, we have a babysitter for 2 nights in a row so dh and I can have some alone time. Two of the wonderful ladies from one of the other threads found me a local babysitter and we're all going to lunch together on Friday. Too fun! Have a great weekend everyone!!

I did try to make some pictures yesterday morning of Gregor pulling him self up, but it is hard to do that, each time camera makes noise before snap picture, he looks at that and stop what ever he is doing. But because he was disturbed by it, he was not angry and screaming, for the first time!
Only I have angry baby?

Mirka - You did a great job with the pictures! That is so cute!! He is going to be a strong farmer I'm going up to Chicago for 5 days just for a vacation with dh and Aiden. Gregor isn't an angry baby. He's just frustrated that he can't get up and go yet! I get weekly emails from Babycenter talking about what your baby should be doing. This week's email was talking just about that! How our babies are easily frustrated right now b/c they want more stimulation. It talked about giving them more things to play with and toys that can make noises for a quick distraction. I'm going to forward you the email.

Peachy - do you mind posted that e-mail here? WE are getting frustrated with having to stimulate Alex... he would only play with one toy for about 2 minutes and then he needs a new one... now i know why people buy so many toys for their kids... hehe...

Otherwise, just go on Babycenter. You can register your baby's birthday and then every week it sends you emails about things your baby may be experiencing right now and it gives you 2 new games every week to play with your baby. I like the emails a lot.

laurie- the people i know w/ the ring say their dh's can't feel it- but if they could, it's just a jelly-like ring, nothing "hard" like the strings you mentioned.

Sorry, i was trying to type a long post, but bossman interupted me. the nerve! i had some work to get done this week.

Mirka, thanks for sharing the photos! it looks like you need to lower the pack and play bottom if he's pulling himself up! and you'll need to lower your crib too! I'm amazed he's in long pants and top!

Robin, i don't have any dd stories at the moment, but she makes me laugh every day so i'll have to take notes tomorrow the moment of the night was as she got out of bed for the third time and i tucked her BACK in bed, she said, "i love you mommy so much"... and then i didn't have the heart to scold her for getting up... i think she's figured out how to wrap us around her finger...

Okay, the problem of the night... Ty's started consistently rolling. As in i put him down on back, he rolls to tummy and then continues onto his back again, only hits the side of the crib and is then on an angle and CRIES. he's done this 4 times tonight in his sleep.... i go in and flip him over to the middle of the crib and he goes back to sleep. i'm debating letting him cry it out next time... i can't keep moving him all night long, he's gonna need to figure this out...

Mirka-I love your Gregor pictures!! He looks like a little gymnast in his pack n play. That's great that he's so active and strong. Do you think he is teething? Josh just got his first tooth and before that he got a little more cranky than usual.

Lynn-Adorable pics of the boys-they are getting so big!

Laurie-We do use music, but not constant through the night. We have an aquarium soother that is awesome and Josh loves it. It is really helpful if he is getting restless at night-I put the music on and he is generally calmed and goes back to sleep. In the daytime he loves to look at the fish inside. Just an idea.

Peachy-Great pics of Aiden. Love the matching dad and baby outfits.

Cat-A friend's baby does the "commando carwl" and I think it is so adorable. It always makes me laugh. Josh hasn't figured out the moving on the belly stuff yet-but at least he'll stay on his belly for a bit.

Robin-Congratulations on hearing the heartbeats-I remember how exciting that was!

Here's a couple of pics of Josh. He loves his bouncer-he will actually bounce until he gets tired and has dozed off a couple of times-it is too funny to see. He has started to wake once in the night b/c of the teething, but at least he doesn't get too upset.

Robin- I didn't post yesterday so I didn't get to tell you Congrats on hearing the hearbeats and graduating from the RE!! That is awesome. Tell Irina congrats as well.

So, drumroll...... I thought I was crazy because while we were eating dinner last night I laid the girls on our bed (they were napping). About the time we were getting done I could hear them in there starting to whine a little bit. I had them both on their stomachs. I go into the bedroom and Presley is on her back. DH questioned me and told me I must have left her on her back. I told him no, that I had put them feet to feet so that they wouldn't bother each other. I don't really think he believed me. Anyway, later on last night I put her on her belly again and watched her and she rolled over to her back again. She is getting her arm up underneath her. I think she is trying to get her hand to her mouth. Anyway, she got it underneath her and ended up pushing off of that arm onto her back! Crazy!?!?!?

WOW!!! Congrats! someone needs to come over and teach my guy to roll... he just won't do it!!! he is trying to walk, though...
