Congrats on the great u/s Hannah!!

Miranda- almost there.....

Today is not a good pregnancy day.... I am really really tired, and nauseated, and moody. I am going to try to rest, and hope tomorrow is a better day! I work tomorrow, 7am-7pm on my feet at the hospital taking care of patients... I just pray I will have the energy and compassion for my patients to make it through the day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope everyone is having a great day!

amber, thanks for all the cheers! all those icky symptoms mean your little one is just growing and growing, and producing all kinds of horomones. i felt the exact same this weekend ... super moody, didn't even want to answer my phone. and lethargic. it's really tough when you have to work - especially being on your feet ... but just remind yourself why you feel bad. then you'll feel good! (ok you can smack me anytime )

lacy, i think 10 weeks is a great time to tell people. i am just a paranoid freak.

Hannah, congrats on the good u/s!

Miranda...you aren't the last one to have their 1st u/s...mine isn't until next Tuesday the 13th...8 more days!!!! I CAN"T WAIT!

I had an awful day today. I was way moody, my kids as school were driving me nuts (which NEVER happens) then my dh called and said he is leaving on Thursday for Hawaii for work. NO! I started to cry right in the classroom. We have our first appt and u/s next week, he CAN'T go. So he is trying to work somethign out. He is in the military sometimes his leaves are voluntary...if it is he is going to stay home for me THANK GOD!

Sounds like a lot of us had bad pregnancy days...must be the Monday morning blues. Have a great night!

hope, try not to let this upset you too much, i'm sure if he can make it he will. i've gone to every appointment on my own - so i guess i'm kind of used to it - but it's really not that bad! you are in and out of the ultrasound in under fifteen minutes, then you get to whip out the cell phone and start calling everyone you know to tell them the good news. it will be okay.

miranda ... ok i'm actually feeling butterflies and so much excitement about your ultrasound. i still can't believe WE are here ... after what seemed like forever on the iui forum, here we are getting u/s's to look at our babies. it rocks.

Hannah, I am sooo excited that you had such a great u/s today! What a dream come true that your little one is growing so nicely! Woohoo!!

Miranda, this is it! Tomorrow is the big day!! I can't wait to hear your exciting results too!!

Hope, I'm so sorry that you had such a moody day today and are worried about your DH being gone. I'm sure he will do everything he can to be there for the appointment. I was also super moody today and started crying in a classroom as well. It must just be one of those days since Alee is also feeling moody.

Laurie, I hope you start feeling better soon! Sometimes I wish I had horrible m/s so that I knew everything was moving along with my little one, but I'm rethinking that wish after reading your post. Hopefully you'll move into the next phase without m/s soon!

Deepa, just 3 more days until our u/s's...

Lacey, you are so lucky to have had all of those u/s's!

Ok girls, this is OT, but I really need some prayers here. I am a school counselor and our district has a levy vote tomorrow that will determine the fate of my career. If it does not pass, I will not have a job at the end of the school year because they will layoff anyone who has worked less than 5 years (I've worked 3). I LOVE my job and believe that it is what I was born to do, so please send some prayers this way.

Hooray for another successfully pregnant day!!

holy ultrasounds!!

hannah, WOW! you've got yourself a big bruiser baby too!! congrats, i can't wait till you, our fearless leader, lead us into the 2nd trimester

miranda, good luck tomorrow! can't wait to hear!!

anyone know what a level 2 ultrasound involves? my OB office called me today and said that i will need to make an appointment with a perinatologist for a level 2 ultrasound because twins make me high risk. wish it was one of those 3D ones!!

so, the m/s hasn't quite died down yet, and i gave in today and took a tylenol for my pounding headache. ugh. i hoped and prayed for this, though. LOL

we're moving right along, ladies!!

Hannah--way to cool about the US news, that baby is taking over!

Miranda-Everybody will be thinking of you and waiting on those results. I am sure as sick as you've been that the babe/s is doing awesome.

Hope-I hope things work out the way they should for you and DH on your appt.

Amy-will keep you and your job in prayers---I hope it all works out for you.

Alee, I've had the same nausea and mood things going. The mood swings get funny though, one minute I am crying in Lowes looking at Christmas trees, and then the next minute getting hyper sensitive about DH doing something stupid. He is learning to laugh at me then I just start have to laugh at myself. If only I had the ambition to keep a log of all of this!!!!

Sarah-love that US pic of the two peas-can't wait to see what type of specialized US you will have with the specialist.

Lacey, I have a little tiny pooch going too. Can't tell unless I wear something clingy though.

Deepa-you are going to do fine at your US. Relax the brain and keep the faith---I know easier said but I think stressing is no good. Plus, you are such a sweetie stressing for everybody else---no more stressing okay? We Can't wait til Thursday so you can have some reassurance.

I know we are missing some people from the beginning, GRITS, Carribean Queen, anybody else still lurking around. Christy, did you get rid of that yeast infection---hope you are feeling better.

well, goodnight girls. It sounds like we are off to a good start of the week.

oh thank you! i am sitting here with the hugest grin on my face. i can't stop looking at it. thanks for all the CONGRATS today! you guys are awesome and so supportive.

miranda ... i know tonight may seem long, but this time tomorrow, you'll be grinning too. it's going to be great.

sarah... i do think it's a big bruiser yes. the thought of 2nd trimester, ahh, it's dreamy isn't it? we'll all be there soon enough. i have not heard of that kind of ultrasound - but i think it's great they are taking extra steps for twins. curious to know what it is, so post when you find out.
