How I wish there was a place where I cold go get an impromptu ultrsound. My second is supposed to be next Wed. They can't fit me in until a week from Monday. I feel strangley normal today and that worries me. I had a m/c somewhere around 8 or 9 weeks 2 years ago and I remember feeling suddenly "normal" one week adn the next week, I had my u/s and foundout the news.

How about? I'd pay for a drive in u/s clinic. No questions or medical advise. Just wand me and let me know things are still ok.

U gals were right..I admit it...I was worrying for no reason whatsoever...Okay....No more!
Today I left home at around 12.00 and didnt get back till 10.00 in the evening..It was a big day for us...
Today is one of our biggest festivals..and to add to it..it was my dad's birthday..
So glad..everything worked out well today!
I asked the RE about not having any symptoms..and he said..its ok....symptoms are not for everyone...So for now I am relaxed....I think after my next ultrasound he will probably release me to my OB....he didnt say anything about it though..
Just said..everything was measuring perfect..Phew! What a relief...!

And oh..my pants dont fit me either....I am using the rubber band technique so far...I havent gotten a lot big..so its still working...but I gotta try these "bella bands"..

Hello ladies!! I hope all of you are having wonderful fridays!! I am feeling much better today and hoping the m/s stays away. whoo yesterday was a sick day for me! Mornings seem okay I get sick in the afternoon and evenings.

Deepa your day was so busy yesterday!! I hope you had time to float on your u/s high!!

Baybrook its hard not letting the what-ifs take over with all you have been through. I will be praying that all goes well and you get to relax and enjoy this wonderful time.

Must love dogs! Its always great to have another June momma on board. I have had dull aches, abdominal pains (that feel like I just got done doing crunches), twinges that feel like an electrical current.

Deepa- That was my one and only cheat! I was having some bad pains, and spotting, so I called Christy and she took a look for me! Felt so much better afterwards, because there wasnt' any sign of problems.

I hope everyone has a great day of pregnancy!! I am getting really bad hunger pains like every two hours.... and my bbs are killing me!!

I hope ur spotting and all the problems have stopped...

Happy Diwali Deepa. So glad you had such a wonderful day. I'm totally with you on the lack of preg symptoms of any sort. I think I'm more relaxed about things but not sure.

Next Thurs is my last appoint with my RE. I so don't feel ready to be discharged to my OB esp as I know I won't be getting my weekly reassuring u/s anymore.

Hannah when do you graduate?

I'm definitely having a fat day today. My tummy is so bloated. I think constipation is part of the problem (tmi I know). I've been trying to eat food with high fiber content but clearly I'm not eating enough of it. Any ideas anyone?

Amber I love the fact that you got a sneaky u/s. How amazing is that. I totally agree with Miranda, you should definitely keep your friend in side. What a fab luxury!

Laurie you are in Singapore?? I used to live in Dubai and would visit Singapore many times! We might even be moving there in a year or so!!!!

So I found out today from my OB that I have leiden factor (blood clotting disorder/gene). I have to go at around 11/12 weeks to see High Rish OB about taking baby asprin or something stronger during entire pregnancy --- uugg ... if it not one thing it is another! Oh and I also got to see little one again! Heart was just a beating away ...

hey ladies, i'm a bit behind on posts because my mom has been in town. i'm SO happy with all the good ultrasounds this week. deepa, that festival sounds really neat! happy deepavali! i hope all you girls are having a wonderful, uneventful pregnancy day ... i'm off to palm springs in a couple hours and will get caught up when i return.

Lacy Sorry to hear you have a blood disorder. I do also. I take a baby asprin in the morning and a heparan injection at night. I was told I will have to take it right up till delivery day.

Sailor I am doing okay not feeling real well these days. I do okay in the morning but struggle in the afternoon and evening. I have a hard time eating anything. I noticed graham crackers have helped so I am eating piles of them LOL
I also have had some consitpation issues and found a big glass of juice helps!! Good luck hun!!

Mustlovedogs, I'm pretty sure joint and back pain are part of pregnancy, you release a hormone which causes your ligaments to go lax, which can make it easier to strain or sprain any joint- welcome by the way!
