I would like to join even though I am still cautiously optimistic, I don't think I will feel at ease until I hear the heartbeat. My symptoms so far are of and on and not to strong yet, mostly food adversions has been my big one so far. I have also been having a lower back ache I hope that doesn't mean miscarraige, I am hoping it is from the PIO shots. I think I am due June 3 or 4th not sure yet. Can't wait to spend the next nine months talking about pregnancy.

Okay, I'm gonna jump in here but you ladies can't throw me out if I find out I'm having twins and my due date is moved up to mid-may!!! With a singleton my EDD would be June 4th.
Are you all really scared something will go wrong? I can't get over it. I am so obsessed with all the things that could happen that I can't even enjoy myself. Someone help me snap out of it!!! Christy

Hello to everyone! I've been over in the September FET thread for the past month, and now I can join the ranks of the most newly pregnant (hopefully my successful FET sisters will join us too!).
Just had Beta #1 this week. Have #2 & #3 this Wednesday and Friday, then back for u/s! This is my second pregnancy. DH and I have a DD from IVF/ICSI. Looking forward to sharing the next 9 months with everyone! Yay!

christy, i am the same way ... i am literally taking one day at a time right now. i can't even think beyond the first u/s so i am just focusing on every day. getting a ton of rest. i started going to church again which i haven't done in years! people who've had kids tell me that you just worry the whole way through. i know getting out of the first trimester will feel REALLY good for all of us.
caribbeanqueen, good luck on your betas this week! are you guys feeling sick at all? the pukey nauseous headache just hit me in the last day or two. i like it. it reminds me i'm pregnant.

I am here! I have y 2nd beta today. Thanks to Hannah, I found you gals. I wouldn't want to go thru this with no one to obsess with. I was feeling lousy just around getting my BFP Sunday with an HPT and now today, I feel good so of course I am paranoid. Hannah, same with me and DH, we haven't been going to church regulary and just started again and plan to continue. Where are all the BFP's from September; we have to drag these ladies over here! anyhoo-I feel the same as you girls, but DH is trying to pull me out of the cautious side and make me enjoy and keep the faith----easier said than done!

Hello June Due Date Buddies!
All is well here. Second Beta today... Numbers look good. My cramps are all gone, and I have absolutely no symptoms. If I remember correctly, I started having heartburn and a teeny bit of morning sickness around week 11. Can't wait to hear how everyone is doing!

CarribeanQueen- I'm so glad you posted when you first got m/s. I was beginning to think something is wrong with me. I am sick because I want to BE SICK!!!!! I have small nauseas feelings in the morning now but no real sickness. Normal women would hope not to be struck with morning sickness. Not us IVFers!!! We just want signs of pregnancy!!!

Congrats on the 2nd beta! and I second Christy's thoughts---I was feeling terrible the last 3 days, tired and headachey, boobs, etc. today, I finally wake up clear headed, feeling good and it mental torture with no symptoms. 2nd beta is tomorrow so I'll hopefully get some reassurance.

Ya... I know how it is. You actually *want* symptoms to make sure that you're still p/g! When we had our successful IVF, I felt *nothing,* and I was sure that the cycle was a bust. This time, I felt awful, and I was *sure* that I was not p/g. These crazy hormones have you thinking all sorts of things.
I had a pretty good pregnancy with my DD. I only puked 3 times (TMI, I know). I had to take antacids every night, but whatever... My biggest issue was edema. My legs, ankles, feet, and fingers were completely swollen from months 6-9. I had to wear clogs every day and wear my wedding band on a necklace chain. Luckily, the swelling didn't cause complications, but it was rather unsightly. About 5 days past delivery, I had lost 22 lbs. of the 42 that I had gained. When you're dealing with IF, I think that you just do whatever it takes to have a healthy pregnancy. I know for me, I was so grateful to be expecting! I enjoyed my baby belly! It'll be interesting to see what happens this go-around. I have a feeling that I'll be in maternity pants soon.
