Christine-how funny is that?! It happened to me about a month or so ago but I coughed in the movie theater bathroom and woops peed a little too! Is that what my doctor called leaking urine or is that something that comes later and you just leak it out? Oh and I looooove breakfast for dinner!

Jill-your belly picture is sooo cute! I cannot believe how close you are! Pretty soon we will be posting baby pictures rather than belly pictures!

I am with you ladies on the heat, I usually dont go outside for more than an hour a day, lol! But Saturday I had a family reunion and then yesterday was my nephews first brithday and it was outside and I was ok for the first hour and then got soooo hot and then started feeling sick to my stomach and needed to go home, well we got home and I wanted to get in the pool, about the time I got in the pool and cooled down it started to rain! I was soooo mad, maybe I will try again today because it makes my back feel so much better!

Christine, that is hysterical! I laugh because it has happened to me! Sneeze, cough, laugh - I have to cross my legs!

I also feel very lazy today. Monday's my MIL picks up Carrie & takes her to camp, picks her up @ noon & watches her for the rest of the day. I always have so much I want to do while the house is empty & lately haven't accomplished anything. I went back to bed after they left, but of course clicked on the tv to catch up on the news & some ER re-runs. Can't get it together & have loads of laundry to do.

I do have a craving for buffalo chicken pizza. Haven't had it in several weeks b/c of heartburn, but I may have to satisfy my craving today. Yesterday it was mashed potatoes & grilled tilapia & it was so good! Gotta satisfy those cravings!

Happy Monday! Enjoy!

Jill

I'm sooooo glad its not just me who is feeling slumpy and getting absolutely nothing done. I feel like a total lump. Unfortunately for me I do know why I feel this way as my OB told me I have NO iron left in my body! Argh, so I'm dosing up on even more iron tablets and of course thanks to them will probably never poop again! I find out on Thursday if this is helping and if its not I have no idea what the doctor will do with me. I am just so exhausted all the time I really need my levels picked up.

As for the peeing, yep, I've been there. It only happened once and I was laughing rather than sneezing, but I was pretty mortified! I hope this is one little pregnancy symptom that goes away quickly.

Jill, you look beautiful in your photo by the way, and all the nurseries look great. Shellie I want your Dad to build me some furniture too...wow he is very talented.

As for BH, I've not had as many as I was a few weeks ago, they seem to have settled down. Reed however had decided he enjoys pushing his little feet against my right ribs and does this at 3 in the morning. It feels like hes trying to lift me off the bed! It actually hurts a bit but its also too cute and even though I'm tired I wake up chuckling about it. Thankfully moving positions also moves his little feet out of there!

Sarah, as for movement, its definately off and on as I guess they are getting big in there now. I don't feel the rolling over as much, its more just kicks and punches and hiccups! Reed seriously has them about 5 times a day, and usually after I've eaten something.

Jill-Oh now I want buffalo chicken pizza!!! I was craving the hot spicy foods a month or so ago and the chocolate craving is starting to dwindle, but many my mouth is just watering thinking about spicy buffalo chicken!

Alana-I hope your levels go up! And I too am not feeling a lot of rolling around but he is kicking or hitting really low, I mean the lowest part of my uterus, like he is trying to get out already! I am still waiting for the hiccups to start or to at least recognize them, I guess he either has them late at night while I sleep or I am confusing them with movement....how funny that Reed has them after you eat!

So DH caught me today! I got three packages in the mail and was lazy and didnt go to the mailbox so when he got home he carried in two of them and just looked at me and said, "What is this?" One of them was the wall clings for the nursery so I got out of that one, but the other one was a few books I won on ebay and had a harder time explaining that one! I am now paranoid about the Childrens Place package, and will be watching every day for it to come so I can hide it, I'll even have to hide the box because he is the one who handles the garbage...I think he thinks I have an online shopping problem...when in reality I just have a shopping problem, lol!

Oh and I have had this knot in my shoulder for the last two days and now it is a stabbing/aching pain down my right side and every time I move or go to get up it hurts so bad...is there anything I can use to help? Is it ok to use a heating pad or icy hot? It seriously makes it harder to breath sometimes!

Sarah, I'm a pro @ hiding the shopping evidence! Rip the lables off the boxes & toss in the trash, break down the boxes & leave them in your car (preferably the trunk). Go to a friends house or when you're out & about & see a garbage can @ a store or something throw the boxes away. However, hold onto the packing slip/invoice in case you need to send the item(s) back.

About the knot in your shoulder, try putting an ice pack on for 15 or 20 minutes. If that doesn't work then try the heating pad for 15 or 20 minutes. Or have your DH try to massage the area, it may need to be worked out. My chiropractor always tells me to alternate between the ice pack & heating pad - if one doesn't work then try the other. I had the worst pain in my neck that was running down my back, kind of like a pulled muscle. Couldn't turn my head to the left. The ice pack definitely worked. Feel better!

I had a few blackberries after dinner & my little girl is enjoying it, I think. I'm getting lot's of movement!

My MIL stressed me out earlier & the BH returned on & off for about an hour. It had to do with my daughter so I was really upset. I told my DH & he wants to swear off his family from having contact with me. I think they annoy us on purpose. I did call my mom to vent too. Feeling a little better. I'll have to have some peanut butter ice cream to feel 100% better!

I like to think that I have great in-laws too, but they can NEVER say the right thing. The comments are always so stupid & rude. I'm looking forward to getting a good nights sleep & starting fresh tomorrow.

Hi Ladies,

Been struggling through this heat and 3rd trimester pains so have been a bit scarce lately. I really cannot sit at the computer for very long as my uterus feels like it is jutting into my ribcage.

Anyway, I'm catching up on all of your posts and wanted to share a recent observation: We've been taking several childbirth/parenting classes and some are for multiples pregnancies, specifically. Anyway, I noticed the women who are having singletons appear larger than the women expecting multiples! I know my babies are developing on track so I wasn't worried that they seemed bigger but when I got to my multiples class the women were more like me--the weight was mostly at the tummy. I don't know why...one mom I mentioned it to said maybe as we're growing two fetus they were taking more from us as they developed so less excessive weight gain. So, Shellie and SHelley, maybe this is why you're getting those weird comments? Or people just expect you to double the regular 25 pounds as it's two babies? Don't let it get to you--you're doing great!

Okay, back to

Jill-you are hilarious!!! you sound like a pro...I was thinking of taking the box to my friends house! As for the pain I will have to try the ice or heat, but DH massaged it last night and tonight and it just seems to be making it worse and now it seems to be spreading. Of course he told me I was being stupid and should just call the doctor and of course I cried about it! Darn the pregnacy hormones!

Justine-I keep the ac at 69 and have a fan in front of it blowing right on me! The heat is horrible and I really hope August is cool, wishful thinking I am sure!

so although i felt like crud all day, i had to get my office back together. they laid tile in my part of the building so it was quite fun to have to put everything back and unpacked.

i started having BH around 930 and they are causing me to feel worse today - if they had any real intervals, i would be freaking out, but when i tried to time them, they were all over the place. i figured maybe it was too hot or too much activity, but even now, i have been home doing nothing for 2 hours and have had 3 BH and i drank an entire 32 oz poweraide zero to make sure it wasnt that i am dehydrated.

i have a NST in the morning, so we'll see if they are still going on.

buffalo chicken pizza ---- i am down with the buffalo chicken wings i try to stay away from pizza as it has my blood sugar high for a long time!

have a great night gals!

Hi everyone I haven't posted in a couple of days it seems Im struggling along like most everyone else. Elisa- I think I have had a few bh here and there but usually I think it is Victoria doing the polka she must take after her busia.

Christine- Im sorry yesterday was tough! We are moving buildings for the last 3 weeks in Aug. then we will come back to our building the week before I am supposed to be induced. I am packing light.

The baby shower went well but it was very hot and by the time I got home Sunday my legs hurt so bad. My dd and her friends all swam during the shower along with my nieces and nephews. I was so jealous. When we got home she wanted to look through all the baby things and I got stuck on the floor and had to wait for dh to lift me up because it hurt to bad to crawl over and pull my self up. I will try to post pictures tonight. (not of me crawling)

We also started on both the girls rooms! Elizabeth's mural is up and we have taken so much STUFF out of her room to store, go through and through away. Yes my child is a pack rat. Now we are going to clean the carpets tomorrow and start and do the final touches. We have to redo part of Victoria's border and repaint the bottom of her wall. It is two shades of blue. Eyore blue on bottom and a lighter blue on top with irradecent white stars. It does look like she will be sharing a closet for quite a while though....

Christine-hope your NST goes well today...darn those BH!!

Amy-Glad to hear the shower went well and how cute is it that your DD wanted to look through all the things, she must be thrilled to be getting a sister! I also find I cannot sit on the floor for too long, it makes my legs tingle and hurt! Cant wait to see pictures!

Well I am off to do a little scrapbooking and having lunch with a few friends then back home to work on the baby's room. DH finally finished the changing table and now we need to find a regular dresser, but that is proving to be imposible! Have a great day ladies!

Christine - good luck @ your NST!
I'm always tired. I have to force myself to get up since I take my DD & her friend to camp Tues - Fri. Thank goodness she gets dropped off in the afternoon.

I have very weird dreams not pregnant, but since becoming pregnant they've gotten weirder. Some scary & sometimes a little riskay!

Ahhh, electrician came to do the work last night! Finally making some progress on the baby's room. Now I'm crossing my fingers that the contractors will start the work on Monday. Everyone is suffering from the rising costs of gas. Shipments are being held up until more orders arrive to make less deliveries. This is the reason why we have to wait so long for the new windows to arrive & the baby's furniture.

It's getting ridiculous! Cost me $76 to fill up my mini-van! Now we're getting zapped for full-service @ the pump. I can pump my own gas, but now I'm too big & tired to get in & out of the car! Just wanted to vent quickly!

Have a great Tuesday! Here comes the rain - finally!!

Jill- Gas is a killer!!!
I work 25 miles from home, and am thanking God right now that I can work from home on Tues and Fridays now.
I think that starting in Aug, I will begin working from home 3 days a week.

NST went great - she was not happy with those monitor things, she kick it two or three times and kept moving away.

my 24 hour came back with not enough protein to count, but my morning sample was again 1+ protein. so we just continue to watch it.

the NP asked when i wanted to stop working......i like that question, but i need to ensure everything is well covered and taken care of and since i have the ability to work from home, i will probably work until delivery....at least mostly from home.

Christine-yaaay for a good NST!!! And I am def. having very weird dreams! Had one about being stuck in my doctors office and my appt. kept getting pushed back a half an hour and then again, and again, and he was also treating children who were in a daycare room in his office....or then I get the dreams where someone is chasing me or trying to kill me, so between the scary and weird I get no rest!

Jill-I feel ya on the gas, takes me 45 to fill up my little Ford Focus, and every time I do it I cringe, I remember the days of the 20 dollar fill up!

I too have suddenly been hit by the tiredness, I was fine before and for the past two weeks or so I just cannot seem to get myself going, and my house shows it! I told my DH we needed to hire a maid or else he would have to start helping more with the cleaning, he just laughed! Oh got my Childrens Place order, and oh all the clothes are just too cute for words! But I realized I accidentally ordered a PINK hat!! So I will have to return it, but I dont think I can hide the box because it has tape on it that says Childrens place all over it! Oh well I will just put it in the other room until I can get it down to my parents house or something. Well I am off to take a nap and watch some Oprah!
