Wow, all th activity here is a reminder of how close we are getting!
At 5:00 this morning after tossing around because I couldn't really sleep, I ended up feeling a gush of something. I've been walking around since then to see if i'd have any leaking but nothing-so now I'm wondering was it just urine (sorry TMI, but it sure didn't feel like it) or was it my bag of water? Do I call my Dr or stick it out till my Tuesday appointment? I'm afraid I may just be getting nervous with the date approaching and I'll be told I'm imagining things. I did call my OB's office after feeling all those contractions on Wednesday and was told what I had was an "irratable uterus" and instructed to stay off my feet as much as possible, increase fluid intake and take tylenol extra strength every 6-8 hrs. I told her the back pain and cramping wasn't unbearable to have to take the tylenol but I was told to still take as it helps the uterus relax.

Elisa, I would phone the doctor as thats what they are there for. If they aren't available and it happens again or you are still worried, can you go to L&D triage just to have a quick check-up? Its better to be sure. Keep us posted.

katrina-wow, hope those contractions stay away and you are on the other side of the 50/50 and go to full term, I'll be crossing my fingers for you! ALana's list looks pretty good, but just dont take anything white as I was told by the nurse at my class the cleaners will take pretty much anything that is white and send it to the cleaners, but you might also want to add some things in there for DH, like change for vending machines, a change of clothes, candy, anything else he might need in case it is a long delivery or he stays the night in the hospital.
Tracy-I have a garage sale problem too, but just have not been out much this year because I sleep in too long and so when I am ready to go out it is too hot, lol! Charms-I feel ya on the tiredness, its getting bad! Shelley-wow 54 weeks! You are doing a great job and I bet you make it to August 16th! And you are just too cute, your belly is amazing! You should be super proud of yourself and your body for doing such a great job for those three babies!! Elisa-I agree I would call the doctor, just to let them know what is going on, it may just be urine or it may be something else, just to be on the safe side I would call. Oh and I forgot to tell you ladies while I was at BRU there was this decorative sign that said, "You are our miracle come true" or something like that, I just stood there and tearing up because it just hit home, these babies are our miracles come true and I just cannot wait to meet mine and see pictures of all of yours! Darn it I should have bought the sign!

Elisa, I really hope everything is ok. Keep us posted.
As far as hospital bag, I just wanted to add to that list: Newborn pacifiers (make sure they're sterilized before packing) Nursing pads Toothbrush for DH too Clean boxers & t-shirt for DH In addition to the baby's coming home outfit, also pack a onesie & maybe light socks &/or booties I never changed out of the hospital gown's because of all the bleeding after delivery - didn't want to wreck my clothes. Plus they have openings for BF. Sugar-free sucking candy We called only a few family/friends & asked them to pass on the news, otherwise you or DH is stuck on the phone. Plenty of change for vending machines. Shelley, you look great! Called my doc today b/c of all that low pain & discomfort I've been having. I can barely walk now & can't really lift my leg to get into my car. He said not to worry, sounds like ligament pain but ordered me to take it easy. I said I have been & he said not enough. He also suggested I go get a pre-natal massage. I actually have a gift card to do this & just may go for it! He also said the increase in CM is to be expected & w/2nd baby I'm more likely to feel these things. From looking @ my chart he saw that the last u/s showed she's head down & I'm most likely feeling that pressure, but assured me not worry. But to call if I have any bloody show, more than 4 - 5 contractions in an hour or of course if my water breaks. So I'm sure I will go to the end of my pregnancy! I phoned DH to let him know & he said that's it, you're not doing anymore. Seriously, I'm not doing that much as it is! He forbid me from going to the beach now because of the walk through the sand, etc. But all my friends are on-call now & ready to take my DD for me in the event I go into labor. I really don't feel like that's going to happen for several weeks. Ugh, I have to pee again! Oh, anyone see Mama Mia? I loved it on Broadway & am a little hesitant to see the movie, but I love Meryl! The movie's never compare to the play or book. But would love to hear what someone thought of it. TGIF! Have a great weekend! Jill

With all the deliveries impending, i thought it would be nice to see if we could share each other's cell phones to text one of us so that we could post the "good news" and to keep anyone from getting concerned that we have not heard from one another. That is if someone did not mind sharing their cell phone number.... If you are okay with sharing your number, please PM me with your cell and I can forward it to everyone on on PM list by next friday.....since we are praying for everyone no keep these babies in until the Aug/Sep timeframe!

Jill-my little guy was head down at my last u/s too and the nurse told me the same thing, doesnt make you feel much better but take it as easy as you can and its a good excuse to have DH do everything, my DH is finally seeing all that I do now that he has to pitch in and help! Christine-good idea! I will PM you. Along the lines of diapers I know some of us are washing clothes and getting things ready for baby and I wanted to let you all know that All has a baby detergent, I found it at Walmart next to the Dreft which cost twice as much and the All just smells like baby! I was washing clothes last night and had DH help me fold some before going to bed and he picked up a pair of 0-3 months sized pants and just stared! I asked him if it freaked him out and he said it was just to surreal, the look on his face was priceless, wish I had a camera! Oh and with all of the talk of labor and the countdown I realized that I have a little over 8 weeks or less before this little one is here, it kinda freaked me out!!!

everything is fine.Sarah- have fun. I know what you mean my dr. was counting the weeks at my apt. on thurs. and said only 5 more weeks until I induce you. That really does not seem like a very long time at all it has made me a little more motivated to push to get things done when I do feel well. I had an awful time sleeping last night so I am going to try to do my running around early today. I woke my oldest ds up to go to the grocery store with me LOL poor guy.

Sarah, I love going to garage sales! When I visit my parents down south that's usually the 1st thing my mom & I do. For some reason I seem to be extra tired once the weekend arrives. Guess it's true, the whole week catches up to you just when you're ready to do family stuff. My DH won't let me do anything strenuous after talking to my OB yesterday & I'm dying to vacuum! He said he'll do it so I have to try really hard not to point out the spots he missed. He's a good guy, he even helps me do the laundry! Enjoy the weekend! Jill
