Shelley-those are just awesome pictures...i'm getting a little teary eyed looking at them! And you are right the 3d ones are amazing...wonder if i can talk my tech into doing one for me...congrats and glad to hear they are all doing so well!

Shelley, your u/s pictures are absolutely amazing. What a diffrence the 3D technology makes! They gave me the chills, I'm so thrilled for you and so happy that your precious babies are all healthy and doing great! Thanks for sharing.

Sarah, you crack me up! Yes, I have been staring at it for a long time yesterday

I hope for the sake of our babies we'll remain sane during pregnancy and not end up with imaginary friends that show up on the u/s

Couple of thing I forgot to tell you gals yesterday. I had a cyst on my left ovary before I was preggo and yesterday it was gone! I was really happy to hear that. The other thing is that my doctors office called last night. They said that my ultrasound shows that I'm a little earlier than I thought. So I might be a little over 5 weeks but they will be able to tell for sure once they see the fetus. She said that's why I may still not be able to hear the h/b next Thursday and I shouldn't be upset if I don't.

Anyway just wanted to share those. It was actually pretty cool to see the sac yesterday.

I slipped three times in the snow yesterday and today looks even worse. Enjoy Friday and have a wonderful weekend!

Ebru-I still swear there is another yolk in there, but DH still stands by his assumption that I have gone crazy! I just wish I could get the darn picture up here so I could show you girls! Glad to hear the cyst is gone! DId you have some pain from it? I have two according to the u/s tech and have had some ovulation type pain on and off and hoping it goes away soon! I was told the same thing by my tech about the hb, but you never know some ladies on here have hear it in the 5th week, but as long as the baby looks good and is growing it's all good! now that we have had our first u/s and obsessed about seeing the sac and yolk we will obsess about seeing the hb, I do believe it never goes away!

We had an ice storm here in NY and I was still supposed to go to work because we were having a guest speaker at a staff training day but they were smart enough to cancel it anyway. But before we knew it was canceled DH was all sorts of concerned about me driving and told me to go 15mph...then offered to drive me in, completely out of his way, yet forgot to call me when he got to work so I was really upset! I told him I have driven in ice and snow many times and never had a problem, I don't think being pregnant will change my driving abilities, but it was sweet of him to be concerned. Anyway sitting at home in my pjs and counting down the days and hours until next friday's u/s! Don't we have some ladies doing u/s today?? Or is it next friday? I tell you this preggo brain is starting to get annoying!

Hi girls, sorry I haven't been on here much. I have been lurking but I reached my broadband quota for the month and got knocked back to dial up speed for a few days and for some reason some of the replies that I tried didn't work so I just had to wait till the 1st for it to renew. Congratulations to the new BFP's as well as to the amazing ultrasounds!!! I have mine in 6 days, I can't wait!!! I called the Ob and asked if the u/s machine prints pics and unfortunately it doesn't so I asked if I could bring my camera in and take a photo of the screen. I thought she'd think I was crazy but she was all for it and thought it was a great idea! I'm glad everybody's doing well and keep those u/s pics coming, they are so cute!!!

I posted this on another thread but wanted to ask you ladies if anyone has had ovulation like cervical mucus durring their pregnancy? I have been having some on and off for the last two days and just thought it was odd...then again lots of odd things happen to your body when you are preggo huh? Hope everyone is having a great weekend, I have been relaxing and doing some shopping. My future SIL is having a b-day party tomorrow, it's gonna be sooooo hard not to tell everyone! But DH wants to wait to hear the hb, at least one of us has some patience!

additional cm during pregnancy is normal, since your body is on hormone overload, the ph balance is off and some times more cm is produced.
however, if it starts to change color, becomes clumpy or white, starts to have an oder, or is in very large quantity with several wipes, you should call your OB ASAP - it could be an infection or the mucus plug being released. this was our first sign of PPROM with my boys.

hmmm...well it was only twice on two different days and it was a little less than when I get ovulation CM...so I am hoping it is nothing, started a little spotting today...so I will def. be calling the doctor tomorrow morning! My DH asked me this morning if there was always something I needed to obsess about and I told him yes! I really need to stop thought.

Sarah: I also have a little discharge problem. My doc said it's totally normal, especially because I'm on Crinone.
What did your doctor say this morning? Did the spotting stop? Hope you're feeling better.

spotting has stopped for now...my doctor's nurse told me the spotting and discharge was normal. She also said the pain in the uterus area could be due to constipation and it has mostly stopped so now I wait until Friday! Four more days until my next u/s, I hope the time flies! But what a conversation I had about the odors with the nurse, lol!

Oh good, glad to hear it's all normal. Yeah, the odor conversations can get weird

Sometimes I feel bad for the nurses. The things they have to sit through and listen to...
Don't worry Friday will be here before you know it and hopefully this time we will both hear the heartbeat. Although I may still not hear it. I'm going on Thursday. Keep yourself busy and try not to think about it. Btw, if my DH heard me give advise on how to be patient he would find it very ironic

Went for my second u/s yesterday at the ob. He was waving at me lol. Everything looks good but I still worry way to much there is always something. They changed my edd to 9/11 but said he will probably deliver me end of aug. he likes to take babies two weeks early.

Shelly- I was cracking myself up this morning. I was holding my u/s up next to yours trying to see if everything looked normal. They said everything is fine but... I still worry. They said there is the head and the rump, look he's waving, theres the umbilical chord and look that thing looks like hair but it's not... okay. I didn't even think about that till this morning but now it has me freaking out.

Oh Larklynn, your baby will be fine. I have freaked myself out looking at u/s pics too. At first I thought one baby had a big leg but then realized it was the umbilical cord.. haha It does sometimes look like they have hair too. The reassuring thing is that the babies are so young and still developing so they will look more like babies soon. For some reason I was excited to think of the baby losing it's tail!!! Oh the joys of seeing eary u/s pics.

I am really happy you u/s went great. Will we see a picture?? Have a great day...I'm off to the nutritionist for the first time!

Hope everything goes well with the nutrionalist. I am going in for an early diabetic screening probably this weekend. I had gest. diab. last time and they want to start testing early. My friend is suppose to scan pictures for me I will put them in as soon as I get them. I don't go back until March 6 now.

Glad to hear all the u/s are going so well. I posted on the other thread about having an emergency u/s this morning because I woke up to bright red spotting and ended up going in to see what was going on. My little bean is doing great, there was a lot of growth and you can actually see the little one and we also saw the heartbeat!! Yay!!! The tech didnt tell me what the measurements were just that we were right where we need to be. I guess I didnt have to wait until friday after all....now I am home and ordered to take it easy, and the doctor said extended bedrest might be a possibility...ahhh!!! Ebru-my DH and I have decided we need to get a gift for my nurse for having to deal with me! Just havent figured out what to get her yet...anyone have any suggestions??
