Unfortunately, we don't get to register the second time around! Oh well, we have a TON of boy stuff, so it he won't be lacking anything.

Katrina-that set is beautiful.

So, I found a name that I really love. I told DH and he likes it but he doesn't like to decide right away. I want to have a name picked out like now!
It is Garrison. We have a short last name, so I felt like he needed a longer first name. I found this in one my baby name books and fell in love with it.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Garrison is a great name, not too common but a neat name! I like it!

Happy Mother's Day Everyone!!!! How Exciting that we can say that now! DH was so sweet he got me a pregnancy massage and made a card from the baby, it made me cry, he asked what was wrong and if he got me the wrong thing, I just cried! And then I got breakfast in bed, well I didn't stay in bed but it was such a nice day. Now we are off the make the rounds and then down to pick up a gift for my future SIL bridal shower, and who knows maybe looking at baby stuff and buying a few outfits!

Happy Mother's Day everyone!!! I hope you are enjoying your day! DH got me a card from the babies that I posted on a thread. I couldn't help it. I thought it was the cutest thing ever and it made me cry and laugh!! I normally get cards from my cats which are always cute and thoughtful but getting one from my unborn babies really blew me away.

Sarah, that was really wonderful of your DH to make you a card and give you a pregnancy massage gift and breakfast in bed. What a sweetheart!

Katrina, I love your nursery furniture. It is really beautiful! Great job Mommy!

Tracy, I really like the name you picked out ~ Garrison.

Yesterday we had a great time at our 3D ultrasound. It was wonderful to see all the babies, moving around and kicking each other. Seriously, it is like a crowded zoo in there! LOL Maybe I should have got it down earlier when they had more room. All the babies were facing my back...can you believe that?!? We did get some profile pictures which we adore but we got A LOT of pictures of their backs and some with various babies body parts all togher. The great news is that they were all moving with strong heartbeats and it was confirm....we saw it .... in 3D ~ 2 boys and 1 girl. Yipeee! I will post some pictures later when I have more time to play on my computer!

Hope everyone had an awsome mothers day!! Mine was great!!! I couldn't have asked for more. I was very emotional though. My dad called and took us all to breakfast. My mom showed up at the restraunt with one of my brothers and his 2 sons. So we made plans to go out with her my grandma, and my s. dad. Stopped to see my grandmother and mother in-law on the way home from there. I went into the house witht the intention of taking a nap.... Dean had set up a surprise for me which I walked right past. He got new patio furniture for out back which we had both loved. Then instead of napping I played wii with the kids until we went out with my mom. Ryan got me a plant and a card. Jacob got me a plant and a card. Sugie gave me a heart necklace she found at the flea market with sil and a coupon book good for foot massage, hug, and reading with Jacob.

Shelly- Your u/s sounds so cool. I can't wait to see the pics.

Sarah- that sounds like such a relaxing day sounds like your dh is very sweet.

Katrina- I love your nursurey funiture.

Tracey- Garrison is a very neat name.

Ebru- Congratulatoins on your little boy its funny the way you said that with my first son I felt exactly the same way. I really thought I wanted a little girl but when I saw him my heart just melted. I don't think we can help our selves.

Sarah- Happy belated birthday hope it was awsome!

This whole weekend was so busy! We left Fri. for a twirling comp on sat. by the time we got home I felt so sick. Elizabeth was so disappointed with her placement but she really handled it so well I could not have been prouder of her if she took 1st. Sorry for rambling. Missed everyone.

Elisa- How was your weekend?

Hello

Katrina: the baby furniture is beautiful and very stylish!

Tracy: I like Garrison...does it have a special meaning too?

I've been having some bad pain which I believe is from the fibroid and what is called red degeneration. The doctor's office don't seem concerned but the pain can be very bad: stabbing. Fortunately only when I move, or try to urinate, which is better than constant, unabated suffering. Can just take Tylenol and rest, which is fine but a bummer to not be able to function. Let's hope it goes away after a few days.

I've missed alot!

It was DH's birthday this weekend so we spent it shopping etc and I didn't get on the computer at all. But I see that the boys have taken the lead!

Congratulations on your little son Ebru, its a great feeling isn't it. Its actually fun buying for a boy, the clothes aren't as pretty but theres some fun little outfits out there that look just like Daddy's clothes.

Shelley, are you going to post some of the 3D pics? You know I'm an addict.

Hi everyone else. I've been really tired lately. Sarah, I was going to say I won't unfortunately be registering. They don't really do that in New Zealand or the UK where all DH's and my family and friends are, so we're kinda stuck footing the bill for all the baby stuff. I'm sure we'll get a few random items they will send over that we don't need but no shower here I'm afraid.

Oh, I also wanted to mention...DH felt the baby move over the weekend! Usually I feel him moving very lightly and only occasionally, but we were sitting in bed relaxing when I starting feeling these really strong pops. Anyway, I put my hand down and felt a little wallop...then DH did it and felt it too! It was great, DH was all smiles and I was so happy he got to feel them too.

Alana-how exciting for you and DH that he felt the little one! I am super jealous!

Justine-sorry to hear about the pain, seems like quite a few of us have been having pain. I just got off the phone with my nurse, my DH made me call about the pain I was having last week, and she said it was normal ligament pain, just like I told DH! He is more paranoid than I am now. I really hope yours goes away, it just stinks that there is nothing we can do to stop it!

Amy-How sweet is all your family! Glad to hear you had such a special Mother's Day!

I too am pretty tired lately, we went shopping yesterday to a few stores and after the second one I had to make DH drive and push the cart around, I was exausted and didn't really even do much! Today I almost fell asleep at work. Oh and I got a few outfits for the baby and some onsies, which DH said we didn't need and I told him I waited long enough for this baby and I was going to buy them if I wanted! Well going to take a nap and have a snack, thank goodness it's DH night to cook dinner! Hope everyone had a great weekend and Monday.

Sounds like everyone had a good Mother's Day. It was nice actually being happy this mother's day. The past two I have had to hold back tears all day.

DH took a pic of my belly with a new digital camera that he bought me for mother's day. Do here it is....

so much going on over the weekend!

not much going on in my world - we did our echo on friday and again the little peanut was not cooperative, they got most of the heart shots they wanted, however, i have to redo the u/s again in 4wks ..... at least i get to see the little bean again!

so far so good - as i get closer to wk 24, i am starting to feel more and more bonded with this little peanut.

although DH and I keep calling her --- her, i sure hope she doesnt come out with a winkie on her birthday.

the u/s tech was cool, we told her we wanted a surprise, so she steared clear of the gender

i hope they can do that during the 4d u/s at the end of the month!

have a great week ladies!!!

Katrina-look how cute your belly is!

Christine-glad to hear they got some shots, how funny that your little one will not cooperate! Must be a girl right! Are they supposed to take a lot of pictures of the heart, cause I dont think my tech did or if she did she didnt say much about it...she didnt even give us a lot of measurements and the doctor never mentioned them, guess next time I will have to make sure to ask, I think this time we were just so excited to know the sex. Christine you are soooo close to 24 weeks, you are almost there! I feel like I cannot believe I am already half way through but the last few days have dragged!

Sarah - this u/s was specific to the heart - so they took a lot of pictures because at the big scan last time, they couldnt see much of anything to measure....she is definatley a stubborn one! Although on her birthday if she is a boy, i will probably laugh my hiney off

when do you get another scan? our u/s techs are allowed to talk with us during the u/s so they go over almost everything - except once in a while, they go get the perinatologist if something is of a concern....nothing for us yet.

they were unable to see the side view of the heart or the frontal view of the lips, so they want to do another u/s to see more.

it is okay with me - i just get to see her more

the side profile of the lips were perfect, so they dont think anything is wrong, but they have to have proper documentation

I am going to try to get busy this week and scan all the u/s photos in and get Aedyn's site updated with pics! we'll see how much energy i have by friday

I will be getting my next scan the time after next, and I figure she must have done all she was supposed to, but I didnt get to see much because of my position. How exciting that you get to see your little one so soon!!! But after the next visit I go every three weeks so I hope I will get more u/s more often, but we shall see!

Anybody have ideas on how to get the baby to move more, my little guy was moving a lot more last week but he seems pretty quiet this week. I read somewhere that eating chocolate or OJ and then chilling for a while will give the baby aboost.
