Thanks for the diet tips girls! I like the idea of peanut butter before bed. I hope it is ok to put it on some wholewheat toast? I am looking forward to my appointment on Monday with the nutritionist so I can figure out what I can eat. I am hoping cheese will be allowed...

Christine I wondered if it would be better to get insulin shots. I have felt hunger for the first time today, in a long time!!!

I hope everyone has a great weekend!!!

Going to the nutrionist will really help I know what I can eat with one but I don't know how they will tweak it for 3 but Christines tips have really helped me along. I only have to take one pill right now but they expect to have to give me more by the end.
You will do great!!!!

I have either a really crappy cold or allergies that have given me a horrible cough and an irritated throat! It is driving me crazy and worse on my bladder then the baby. Anyone else have these allergy or cold problems rigtht now?

We also have really bad mosquitoes here right now you can't walk through the grass with out them swarmming.
I hope everyone is having a great weekend.

My allergies have been acting up since the beginning of my pregnancy but within the last week I can barely breathe and my throat has been sore I have had a cough too. Last weekend we had lots of visitors pop over so I was thinking I picked something up then.....or maybe it is pregnancy induced?

I don't know I think I may have picked it up from dh and ds... I feel miserable about half the time. I'm sorry you are not breathing well. I has to be even harder on you and your bladder with the trips. Every time I cough theres pressure from the coughing and the baby. Dh was teasing me about shaking her. The robutussin DM and a tylonal helps for short periods. I hope you feel better soon.

Shelley - i would think it would be so much easier on you and the little ones to have insulin - this way there is much more control over your sugar and you can eat when you are hungry - the point is to get some weight on the babies before they show up!

Well we did our 3/4 D u/s today and DH gave in and really wanted to know if Aedyn was really a girl - as if I wasnt already sure

Well she is definatly a GIRL!

at the bottom of my signature is the link to her babysite - you can see all 70 pictures they took!

Congrats Christine on the girl!!! Yaaay! I think that about ties it up doesn't it with the boys and girls? I love photo 15, is that a foot?? How funny is that! And the one that looks like she is praying is too precious! Oh I cannot wait to get mine done now, and I have at least three weeks until it happens!

Shelley & Amy-I just read last night that due to hormones and our pregnancy allergies will seem much worse...and it may not even be allergies it may be due to the increase in estrogen and progesterone...but there is a lot of stuff going around, I am really suprised that I haven't gotten anything from my kids at school (knock on wood)! well off to see The Strangers, I am a little scared but we shall see how it is! Nightmares here I come!!!!

congrats Christine! It is so exciting to find out what you are having. Not much longer and you will be holding her in your arms.

Sarah- Im praying you don't catch anything too. It just drains you more. I hope this doesn't last all summer I am ready to be done with this cough and sore throat yesterday. Thank heavens for sugar free popsicles.

Christine-I held a month old little boy yesterday when I went to a scrapbooking day, and he did the same thing while he was sleeping, he kept covering his mouth and face, it was too cute. I told my friend I bet the little things they do like that when they are born are probably what they do in utero...he was just too cute! Can't wait to see the next set of pictures!

Amy-I hope I don't catch anything also because I am drained as it is...I could barely get through watching The Strangers last night, then again it was not as scary as I thought, or maybe due to my pregnancy I am just not reacting the way I normally do.

Well I have to catch up on laundry before I go off to a picnic at my in-law's camp...not my ideal Sunday but all the relatives want to see my big fat baby belly! Have a great Sunday ladies!

Christine-Congrats on the girl!! But we already knew she was a girl, right?

Can I ask yall, where do you get the 3/4D u/s done, and how much are they? My OB told me at my last visit that I would not have any more u/s unless they are concerned about something. I can't go 4 months without seeing my baby girl. Is there Dr. offices you go to for the 3D u/s, or are they through your own Dr?

Christie,
I went to a office that only does 3D/4D ultrasounds. It cost me $89 for a gender scan. I found the place from just typing in 3D/4D u/s along with my city and state. I was suprised at how many came up. From there I looked at prices and locations to decide on which place to go. Hope this helps!

Are any of you experiencing contractions? I have a tightening in my stomach periodically that I am attributing to BH contractions but don't know if I should be worried or not?

Shellie, no I haven't had any contractions yet and my doctor seemed surprised that I haven't. I was told if I get them to drink some water and lay down on my left side and to keep track of them. They should stop but if they don't call the doctor. I hope you don't get too many. You should let your doctor know you are having them. He may want you to monitor them either in the hospital or with a home monitoring unit.

My tummy hurts a bit from stretching. The nurse said that it is from my stomach muscles separating. yuck. That grosses me out and gives me the heeby geebies! LOL I have read that many triplets Moms need an operation to fix it afterwards. I will most likely have a tummy tuck in the future. I am not too worried about my body because I have had some really good years with it Oh well....LOL

Shelley, I found out Friday that I failed my 1-hour glucose test & have to go for the 3-hour test this week. I had a feeling I would fail. I was borderline with my 1st child. I'm do suffer from low blood sugar, but lately I've been feeling like I've had too much sugar. Is that a sign of GD? I will need to see a nutritionist this week. Anything to protect this little one & myself. I guess we just follow the plan & we'll be ok. Good luck with that.

Christine, Congratulations on your little girl! That's very exciting! And I love the name you chose!

I don't get to spend much time on the computer anymore since my MIL introduced computer games to my 5 year old. UGGHH!! Will try to get on to check on everyone as much as I can. Plus walking up & down the stairs has become a chore for me.

Hope everyone is doing well.
