Sarah - I too am a worry wart when it comes to "what ifs" during pregnancy. A handful of people knew about our FET cycle including my family. So I had to tell them and few friends that knew. I too was apprehensive telling people before the first ultrasound. My DH wanted to tell the world so we told our immediate family after beta #2. I made a onesie for our son that read on the front "I'm gonna be..."and on the back "a BIG brother!!" It turned out well for something so on the fly! For everyone else we are waiting until we are 13 or 14 weeks along. I read in another thread about this and I totally agree that if something were to happen you would want to lean on those who love and care about you and your DH. I am SUPER sure that all will work out!

MattsMom, yes I am in S. California! I wonder if we have seen each other in the waitng room? I go to the CRHG in Beverly Hills or Valencia. California is a good place to be for fertility treatments!

Hey Christine! How are you? How was the long weekend with your hubby?

Jess - the nice long weekend was a bit dreary - the weather was mostly rainy and very windy....and to top that off, i caught a cold, so i was sleeping quite a bit.

but we did get to spend some time together and as silly as it seems, just getting a hug and a kiss was all we really needed. Although it was fun to listen to him talk about his 3 girls and how much we are eating.....like he knows these are girls (but i do have a gut feeling they are).

How are you doing - you were MIA there for a few days too.

Mattsmom- I'm sorry that you had to say goodbye to your grandma and grandpa, that must have been really hard

How is everyone doing? I'm glad to see us growing in numbers. Welcome Angela, Sarah and Sarah.

Sarahelaine-I think that telling people is a decision that you only you can decide on. You do it when you are ready. Dh and I have never waited on telling people about our pregnancies. Some people want to wait the 3mo until they announce it. I think it is all what you and dh want. This time we have told our families and my two best friends and of course my work (high risk with certain pt's) but we are waiting to tell everyone else until after our next u/s and we see the heartbeat. We have had 2 m/c's and we would feel better after seeing the heartbeat. The m/c's happened so early that we didn't even get a chance to say that we were preg.
Also don't feel stressed if you don't see the heartbeat next week. You will be too early to see it but that doesn't mean that anything is wrong. That is nice that they will do one the following week so you don't have to wait. Best of luck!

Who is finding out what they are having?

I found out with my first 2 and this one is going to be a suprise! I however think that it is a boy because dh and I can't decide on a boy's name. This time and last time we had a girl's name picked out and our son was baby S until we left the hospital. We also have 2 boys so we have a greater chance of having another one. I will be set for life with all the clothes I have, LOL! I'm sort of afraid of girls and that attitude! I'll take another boy.

What do you all think fo the name Brayden James or Gavin James?

i like brayden, the boy next door to me is named brayden and he is such a great kiddo.

we were going to wait, but now that there are two, we want to know, me and DH are planners - so we need to plan accordingly

Hi Shannon. We aren't going to find out what we are having. Seeing as though this is probably our first and only child, we want it to be a surprise!! Though I've had a number of dreams that its a boy, but then last night had a dream it was a girl. Who knows!!

I love both of those names!! Very cute!

Really good question, Shannon. I am 99% sure we are going to find out the sex. I am a planner, through and through. And we have another son then we will be set but if it's a girl we've got some shopping to do!

Well, I haven't had the easiest of weeks... DH has bronchitits!!!!!!! and well you just know I had to get it!!! I thought I was taking the neccesary precautions like keeping him away from me and making him use hand sanitizer..... Well it didn't work so I have been sick the last few days with a horrible cough, low grade fever, chills, night sweats, headaches..... I can't believe this... My RE's office was closed and told me to go into the ER where the just basically did a U/S to check the babies and gave me an asthma pump..... How nice.... I was terrified my HR was 123!!! But the babies were looking great!!!

Do any of you ladies know any cough syrup that is SAFE to take now!!! The ER Dr. Told me that there aren't any and the one's that are they don't work anyway!!! But I feel like crap!!!!
