Shellie - I'm so glad your test went well today! I am hoping you have wonderful results on Monday. One way or the other...enjoy all the goodies at your shower!

Amy - I'm SO sorry for what you are going through. I hope you are feeling much better soon!

Netty - You look adorable! We all have such cute bumps! I am measuring 1 week ahead and my doctor doesn't seem concerned at all. She said my due date wouldn't be adjusted unless I am 2+ weeks ahead. Hopefully you just had a grumpy doctor who overreacted & that everything is perfectly fine. Keep us posted!

Shellie, have fun at your shower!!!! How exciting!

As far as measurements go I believe you should roughly be as many cm as you are weeks pregnant. Of course this changes with twinnies or more....

Ok weird pregnancy symptom: I have a numb spot at the top of my belly right in the center. It comes and goes and sometimes feels a little tingly. very odd...

Melissa, Amara's garden is gorgeous! look at all the clothes she has already!!!!

Netty - you look great. Love all the belly pics.

Yeah Shellie - Congrats on passing your test. I can't wait to hear about your baby shower. Have a great time.

I had an OB appt today and am measuring about 2 weeks ahead at 27weeks. They didn't seem concerned about this at all. So Netty I'm sure everything is OK.

My glucose test is going to be August 1st so I have a few weeks to go.

Claudia - I did go a bit overboard shopping for Amara. As soon as I found out it was a girl I had to start. DH has banned me from any more shopping until after the baby shower. No advice on the numb spot....haven't felt anything like that yet.

Amy - we miss you sweetie....get plenty of rest this weekend. Hope your feeling better.

Wishing everyone a great weekend.

Hi ladies! Happy Friday!!!

Shellie - Congrat on the test. I know you were really worried. We can't wait to hear about the shower this weekend.

Netty - you look so cute!

Had an OB appt wed and 3-d ultrasound thursday. Everything with the dr is fine. I went from measuring 2 weeks behind schedule at my last appt to right on track so I caught up over the last 4 weeks. Glad to know it's not my imagination that my belly has been growing a ton since the last appt. The 3-D ultrasound was so amazing, even better than the 1st time at 21 weeks. I'll post pics later, but he's just so cute and it was so nice that all the grandparents were able to make it. It really meant a lot to them.

Have a good weekend ladies! I'm babysitting my 15 month old nephew over night, in addition to our 14 month old neice that lives with us so we're going to be having lots of baby time around here for the 24hrs!

Claudia-I know exactly what your feeling with the numb spot. I have it way up high at the top of my stomach. It starts to tingle and then goes numb. Very very weird...didn't have it with DD. It helps if i sit up real straight and kinda bow my back. Must be cutting something off in there! Its worse after I eat!

Netty-you look terrific!!!

Shellie-congrats on the test! I have mine on the 23rd...mmmmm...can't wait!

Norcal-can't wait to see the 3D pics!! Did he take good pictures?

Amy-get lots of rest! That sucks that your having to double your pain in the same year!!

Well, I haven't had anymore timed contractions so that shot they gave me must've worked!! YEAH! I want to keep Baby Zane in there for a few more months!
Have a wonderful Saturday!

Shellie - How was your shower?? Hope you had a great time!

Holly - I'm looking forward to seeing your 3D u/s pics! We go on August 7th for ours. My DH's parents are weirded out by u/s and have yet to look at any of our pictures. So, just my parents will by joining us. I think it's wonderful that you had all of your family with you.

BZOE - That's great news that your contractions have stopped. Little Zane needs to stay nice & comfy for a little bit longer. :-)

I had my 3-hour glucose test today. Ugh, I was SO sick! I was able to get my 1, 2 & 3 hour results back this evening (I'm still waiting for my fasting result). Unfortunately my 2 hour level was elevated. I've read online that if 2 or more of the results are elevated than you have GD. So as long as my fasting level is OK, I should be allright. I anticipate my doctor having me make some changes in my diet, which is fine. I eat healthy pretty much all the time, but I'm willing to make any other changes they would like. The weird thing is that my 2 hour result is higher than my 1 hour result...so strange.

I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend!

Laura- sorry to hear that your 3-hr test was so unpleasant. Hopefully the results will be fine.

BZOE - glad that you haven't had any more contractions, that must be a relief.

I have my one-hour glucose test tomorrow morning. For those of you who have done this already, what did you eat the morning of the test? I will go in at 8:45 AM to have my blood drawn, and I was told to have the drink one hour prior, and to eat one hour prior to the drink. I am thinking about just having scrambled eggs.

I also have my follow-up ultrasound tomorrow to see if my placenta has moved. Since it was only partially covering my cervix, so hopefully it has moved as the baby has been growing.

I hope everyone has been having a great weekend. Shellie, looking forward to hearing about your shower!

Tabitha - I just had eggs the morning of my 1-hour test. Good luck!!
