Thanks ladies, but trust me, I don't think I can make it again on the mower. I was fine other than the bumpiness made my lower tummy sore. Other than that I was okay. But I could tell that Bailee didn't like it much.

Tabitha- I am so sorry to hear you are in the hospital. I hope that your baby boy stays awhile longer, and that the bleeding stops soon. Keep us informed.

We should get alot done on the nursery this weekend. I hope it begins to look like a nursery and not a junk room like it has been so far. I still have to find a place for my tanning bed, we have been looking for a used shed, but may have to just bite the bullet and buy a new one. I will post some pics of the room when I post from the 3d u/s.

Wow, Tabitha - too much drama going on with you!!! I hope your baby boy stays strong and healthy for a while longer but it is great that they have given you steroids, that everything looks good and that you are at 30 weeks - I know it is stressful but I'm sure everything will work out just fine!!!

Christie - I agree with the others - I am amazed that you are on the mower - I used to have mowing duties but we used a push mower and pretty early on I decided that was not a good idea because it made me so hot and light headed and all of the turning and pushing didn't feel right!

Jeez! I hate it when I am off line for a few days and then a bunch of stuff happens. Tabitha, I am really sorry the swab came back negative. How nerve wracking. It sounds like you are in the best place you can be and that they are preparing the bay for an early arrival. Hopefully you can keep him in for a few more weeks.

As for me, we had a lovely wedding - I will try to post pics in a day or two. I was having TONS of BH contractions this week. The OB I saw was not concerned but said if they developed a pattern I could come in to be monitored at any time. Well we are in Russian River relazxing in the sun and now my contractions have dropped off by like half or two thirds. Coincidence? I think not. I think I am too stressed. If they pick back up when I go home I think I will ask to go out early and just take it easy at home. It is not worth the risk to me...

I am thinking of everyone (especially you Tabitha- cross your legs and keep that boy in!). I will be offline again for a few more days. I will try to have pics up then...

Laura - good to hear from you!!!

Tabitha - Sorry your having a rough time, but at least you're in a great place to keep an eye on things.

Amy - I am feeling better! Thanks for asking. I swear my stomach has grown this week and for the first time I noticed that my belly is finally bigger than my (.)(.) so I'm guessing all the pain and uncomfortableness might have been a growth sprut.

Have a good weekend ladies!

Hi Ladies -

Wow - so much has happened these past few days!

Tabitha - I'm so sorry you are in the hospital! I hope you are resting comfortably & receiving excellent care. My prayer is that your little one will stay put for as long as possible.

Claudia - Congratulations on your wedding! I'm looking forward to seeing pictures!

Laura - It is so good to hear from you!

Sleeping is definitely still an issue. But my restless legs have gotten much better since I began taking an iron supplement. I'm still having leg cramps, but at least it's not cramps & the restless leg thing.

We are going to go tomorrow & look at strollers. I'm pretty set on getting the Orbit System and I called a place that sells them and they said they have one in stock (someone ordered it & then backed out) so they will sell me the whole system at 10% off...which is a good savings! I'm excited to go & get it!

So...my main stress right now is lack of baby movement. Our little guy will have a day or two where he is quite active, but then practically nothing for the next few days. I definitely feel him move everyday, but somedays it is significantly less than other days. And the whole kick-count card REALLY stresses me out. It can take quite some time to feel 10 good movements. Anyone else experiencing this?

We are still waiting for our crib to arrive & have done absolutely no "decorating" in terms of walls. But I thought I would post a few pics anyways.

Sorry for the long post! Have a great weekend, everyone!

Laura - love the room! I too have felt less movements throughout the day, stronger movements when I feel them but less often and I have been cheating on my kick counts, I start counting when I fell them move!!! I am lucky that I am only supposed to feel five from each baby in an hour and I do that - no way would I feel ten I don't think.

I kept my dh and I awake for a couple of hours last night due to not being able to sleep because of acid reflux and just not being able to get comfortable but on the bright side we watched some really great infomercials!!!

Thanks for the reassurance that I'm not alone with my kicks, Shellie! I couldn't sleep last night either. I have a feeling it is going to get worse before it gets better. Hopefully we can all get some good naps today!

Tabitha-I'll be praying for you! I know just waiting for my swab test result made me crazy and mine was negative! They told me that if it was positive that meant that we'd be having a baby in the next two weeks. I pray that you get every last day out of it!! You are far enough along that things will be fine! Any word yet on where the bleeding is coming from?

Claudia-Congrats on the wedding!!
Christie-GET OFF that mower!! Are you crazy girl!!
BTW---I am passing on the bubble tea. Not a fan of squishy eyeball feeling.

Well, we got a 3D ultrasound through my doc office...and guess what...I've lost the pics. I'm a horrible mom. I can tell he has my daughters little nose though. Everything was good. They checked my cervix because of contractions and it was nice and long. Haven't got my results in from my glucose test yet.
I'm gonna go enjoy this 102 degree heat today
Have a wonderful Saturday!
Brandy

Laura - the room looks so cute!

I have to say, it's so nice having you ladies. It's nice to know that many of is are having trouble sleeping and sounds like the same pattern for baby movement. Count me in that same group. Definately stronger, something every day but some days are more active than others.

Hi ladies, thanks so much for all the well wishes. Looks like this hospital room will be my new home for a while (hopefully). The doctor told me this morning that I will likely be on magnesium sulfate thru the weekend, then we will see if I can come off it without the contractions starting back.

Hope you are all having a nice weekend. I am keeping up w/ everyone, sorry I haven't commented individually, kind of difficult to type with IV, pulse monitor and BP cuff on constantly.

Brandy - sorry you lost the pictures.

Laura - the room is very cute. I love seeing all the nursery pics. Don't stress about the baby moving less. I think it's something most of us are experiencing. I feel Amara move every day but she has days where she's not as active as others.

Well I think I'm going to try to go hang out by the pool...it's extremely hot and humid here need some kind of relief.

Tabitha - I'm thinking about you sweetie. Let us know how you're doing when you can.

Hope everyone has a great weekend.
