 Congrats on Baby George!!!! Tabitha- WOW! That little boy is absolutely gorgeous!! And a big little fellow for being so early! I can't wait to see more pictures of him! Claudia-Love the pics! You girls look like you had a wonderful time! Congrats again!! And thanks for updating the list! Christie-my right ankle and the top of that foot has been swelling. The other one kinda does but my right one gets pretty darn big. I stand up all day though so I guess I expect it! Don't ya hate it though!! Dellemma-your baby girl is precious! I bet you can't wait to meet her in person! Well, I am just waiting on my 3 hour glucose test to get back. Hopefully I won't get results until Monday so I can eat what I want this weekend! It wasn't bad! I got a wonderful lady that can really draw some blood and the stuff I drank was Hawiian Punch flavored! Better than that nasty orange crap!! Claudia - you look absolutely beautiful. Congrats to you both again.
I am with you too. I get ticked off too when people make comments about taking time off during pregnancy. After all we've been through to get to this point I feel we have every right to do what we need to do to make sure we have a healthy baby. Fossie - don't feel guilty for doing what you feel is right for you and your family. Tabitha - let us know how baby George is doing. Brandy - good luck on your 3 hours test.

Here are a few pictures of our sweetie in the NICU. All the tubes and wires are a little scary, but I know he is getting the care that he needs. Today I changed his diaper and took his temperature. Hopefully his breathing will get a bit more regular in the next few days and I will be able to hold him. I am being discharged tomorrow, and I am already so sad to be leaving him here.

Dellemma, your baby girl is adorable. My little one is also an athlete. We saw her on the U/S done on Tuesday and one of her legs was at her forehead level.
BZOE, good luck on the results! Claudia, you look so happy and congratulations again! Tabitha, your little prince is under good care. I can't get over how cute he is. He will continue in my prayers for a good and healthy progress. Thanks for posting the pics! Not much to report on my end. I had my U/S on Tuesday and the baby is weighing 2 lbs and 11 oz. The doctor said that she was just a little bigger and my delivery date for C-section is not changing. So far, everything is good. I also learned that the amniotic fluid was fetal urine that gets recycled. That sounds gross, uh? Okay, I need help! I just can't figure out the number of weeks I am pregnant and my doctor's office keeps on telling me different weeks. Plus my stupid ticker looks like it is not working right. My LMP was 1/13/08. I started my stim meds on 01/14/08. If I am counting right, I am 29 weeks and 5 days pregnant, yes?

Netty - if it helps my LMP was 1/5/08 and the IUI was on 1/19/08 (coincidence but it happened to be on Day 14) and I am 29 weeks 5 days on Thursday.
Tabitha - thank you for the pics. I think of you every day and am wishing you all the best. I'm sure the machines and wires can be overwhelming, but try to just take a deep breath and remember that it's all there to help your little one grow stronger every day.

Tabitha- he is getting more beautiful everyday! I can understand everything being scary, I feel for you. Try to rest some once you are discharged so you can care for little George when he comes home!!!
Claudia- The pics are great!! Congratulations! So, what are all the plans for the weekend? I am gonna take it easy this weekend, I will pittle here and there in the nursery but for the most part, I plan to lay around. DH is camping the weekend at the river, so its just me, Bailee and Harlee for the weekend!!! Girls weekend!!

tabitha~ baby george is so precious. my 2 nephews that were born on july 7th, each weghed right around what george weighs and i am happy to report that they went home last week and are doing great. i know all the cords, wires and equiptment is so scary and not what you want to see on your baby. but soon, just like i told my SIL, your baby will be home in your arms and all of this will just be a distant bad memory. hang in there...we are all praying for you, your dh and george.

YAY! i am so excited, this shower is going to be so much fun. just 16 people total including my closests friends, some of their moms, my mom and my MIL. no pressure at all! now, my next shower in 2 weeks is FORTY people, including all of my mom's friends and my aunts from my side and dh's side...not as much fun, but who's complaining?? not me! i am off to "beautify" myself and hopefully find a dress. you know, i tried on about 30 dresses yesterday and didn't like ONE! so frustrating! i love my changing body, but it really does make it difficult to find things that fit good.

Amy, I totally undertand what you mean about dresses. The hard thing for me is that my body is shaped so differently. I have gained so much weight in my butt and thighs which is completely weird for me - I don't understand my body shape anymore. Have fun at your shower!!!! Everyone have a good weekend! We are having a wedding reception (thrown by my mother) and our weekend is packed from end to end...dinners, party, wine tasting in napa (well, I'll be designated driving) on Sunday! Way to ramp up after vacation!!!!!

Tabitha - George is just soo darn cute. I know that it can be scary seeing him attached to all those wires and equipment but just remember that is was making him stronger. I know it will be hard to leave him there but I pray that you won't be apart for too long and that he comes home very soon. Take care of yourself so that you are nice and strong when he comes home.
Well I did my 1 hour glucose test this morning...yuk. The doc should have the results next week and I hope I pass. Christie - have a fun girls weekend. We aren't doing much probably going to see a move and over to a friend's house for a birthday party. Amy - can't wait to hear about the baby shower. Post pics when you can. I have another 4 weeks to go before ours...we are having a co-ed shower with about 60 people. Claudia - sounds like you have a jammed packed weekend. Have lots of fun but don't over do it. I miss wine tastings - DH and I love wine. Hope everyone has a great weekend...stay cool.

About as close to that as I'll get is going to the farmers market tomorrow morning! In fact, that's about as exciting as my entire weekend will get! Haha! Amy - have a wonderful first baby shower! Had an appt this morning and all ok - my visits are so quick, it hardly feels worth it! Weigh, BP, pee, measure belly, baby's HR..... and out the door! Amy - do you have a Pickles and Ice Cream where you live, they are having a good sale and I found some great dresses there.
Caroline - my appointments are similar and they usually follow a thorough ultrasound appointment so they seem a bit redundant. Now I am looking forward to them though because they are helping me count down! I can't believe I have seven weeks or less - getting pretty anxious now to get everything done!
