Hi All

Fossie - I also expect that the babies will come mid September - i have this weird, unfortunate feeling that they are going to be born on Sept 11th. Not a great birthday.

Claudia - I am horribly nauseous and tired - I sleep about 12 hours a day - I take a 2 hour nap with my DD every day since I've been on vacation. Not sure how I'm going to be able to go back to work on Monday - I'm so exhausted.
I can barely eat and then all of a sudden I will be massively hungry - today I had a craving for a bacon and egg sndwich and I usually HATE eggs, but it was the best thing ever, now the thought of it makes me sick - it is amazing how quickly your cravings/aversions change. Other than the smell of coffee - makes me SO sick all of the time. With my DD, I had m/s until 15 weeks but the coffee aversion lasted the whole pregnancy and usually I love the stuff. It's all so weird!

Kory - So glad the triplets are doing well! i hope the bleeding stops soon - even if there is an explanation for it, it is still disconcerting.

Holly - You are so right - no sympathy from us - it is 15 degrees here today and going to snow tonight =)
Enjoy your warm sunny weather! And remember us freezing pregnant ladies!

Oddly - if it wasn't a bit too early I would be rooting for September 11th. My dog was born on THE 9/11. My birthday is 3/11. My anniversary is 8/11. My best friend's birthday is 9/11. We had 11 eggs fertilize in this cycle. This list can go on and on but needless to say 11 is my favorite number! My dh is rooting for his birthday which is 9/30.

Sad but true - I'm so jealous of all of your morning sickness/nausea. Nothing going on here which makes me nervous!

Hi Celeste! Glad to have you join us. I hope you had a nice and restful vacation. I would have a hard time going back to work, too!

Hopin4baby, I'm glad you had your US early, take it easy this weekend.

I have also had cold-like symptoms, but I don't feel like I have a cold. Actually I have just been sneezing and blowing my nose all day long. I am about to order a bella band. It seems really early, but the weight gain from IVF that goes away if you don't get pregnant apparently sticks around if you do. I'm not complaining, I'm just tired of wearing the same 3 pairs of pants all the time.

Shellie - I'm sure your babies' heartrates are fine, stop worrying!

Do not be jealous of the m/s...seriously. I just started getting sick yesterday...it's awful. It wouldn't be so bad, but if affects every part of my day. You should see my house. I just want to lay around and moan. The only thing I can eat are foods that are bland or sugary(like pop tarts...hehe). The thought of a vegetable makes me sick. I am also SO tired that I am in bed by 8:30 or so. My poor DH wants to BD but I am so tired and nauseous that the thought of it makes me ill. I shouldn't have bragged the other day that I wasn't feeling sick...it came back to bite me in the rear!!

Celeste! I am so glad you are here. I can't wait to get home and get in bed. I can just barely make it this afternoon.

Oh shellie, don't be jealous. It truly is misery. and Re the heart rates, I don't think there is anything wrong with them being different. They are different little people after all. What matters is that they are in range for their age. You are doing great. be thankful you don't feel like A**.

Kory, I am glad you got to have another US sooner than you thought you would.

My and DP's official anniversary is Sept 11th, but we weren't too happy with the date so since that date happened to be the saturday after labor day that year we decided to have a floating anniversary that always falls on that saturday. It works out well since we never have to have an anniversary in the middle of the week!

I have been feeling ill sometimes too. It hits at all different times of the day, I usually feel flu like symptoms, achy and just a yucky tummy. Not really nauseous, just plain yuck. It can come in the morning but mostly I notice it late afternoon or nighttime. I too am sooo tired. It it so hard to get anything done. I work pretty long hours and have an hour commute so when I get home I am just dead tired. But, I did get news today from my Re that I don't have anymore b/w and in 2 more weeks, the prog. shots and estrogen patches will be GONE!!! I think I will throw a party!!!

I wouldn't worry about the heartrate either, everyone I think is different, mine was 165 bpm. I think it gets a little faster the further you are (I think).

FlamingPJ's, I am there w/you. I actually vomited (sorry, tmi) yesterday and have been way nautious for past couple weeks. I'm becoming the biggest lazy a**!! I feel like all I do is lay in bed. I prayed for this M/S, but am ready for it to be done. I know I shouldn't complain as I believe this pregnancy is going to last. I really didn't have any nausea the first two times I was PG.

Wishing everyone healthy pregnancies (even if we are sick)!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been having m/s off & on throughout the day for the past week...and I am so happy! While it makes work incredibly difficult, I love the constant reminder that my little bean is with me. My best friend is pregnant with her third and her symptoms have been different with each baby...sometimes lots of m/s, sometimes none at all. So for those of you without m/s enjoy feeling good & strong during your pregnancy, that's such a blessing!

to the newest pregger ladies!

NorCal - what time is your u/s on Monday? I am heading in at 3:40pm. I live in Pleasanton but we have to go up to Concord. It'll be nice not to have to drive 45 minutes to the doctor anymore. I we both have wonderful u/s!!!

I used the belly band last night! I can still get in to most of my pants but the jeans I wanted to wear felt a little snug, especially when I sat down, so I put it on knowing I was going out for a nice dinner. It was great! I was comfortable the whole evening, though I'm only just needing it so I was hitching my pants up a little! Worth it for the comfort though and for being able to continue to wear my regular clothes.

I'm feeling much the same as you ladies, just tired and generally a little run down and yucky. My boobs are just getting a little tender so thats good!

Have a good weekend everyone!

spring, winter, and mood swings

I have not had a lot of m/s so far, but I am sure it is coming right around the corner. It does make me a little nervous that I have has so little m/s. I am getting really tired in the evenings and my house is showing the results of my laziness.

I usually like snow because it is so pretty, but since the temps are around 50 right now and suppose to get up to 70, I have spring fever. Unfortunately we are suppose to get snow, freezing rain, and sleet tomorrow. Then more snow on Tuesday. I still don't mind the snow, but the ice I am really tired of. Oh, and since it is warm today, I am already having problems with it being to warm. I am wanting anything that is ice cold. I hate to see what it is going to be like this summer with 100 degree heat and a humidity index of 100. Oh, well, I am still very happy to be pregnant .

Anyone else having problems with mood swings. Man you would think that I was PMSing. Just in the last week, I can get ticked off in 0 -1 second. Then I can be back to normal in the same speed. I don't remember being like this in my first pregnancy. Well, yes I can, but I thought it was just from stress because of the wedding and moving in with my now DH.

Ok, enough ranting. I hope everyone has a great week.

Sneezing and bloody nose

I forgot to add to my last post that I have been sneezing like crazy and no matter what I do, I get a bloody nose. I do remember having this problem in my last pregnancy. I think it is cause by all the extra blood flow while pregnant. I also remember reading it as a pregnancy sign somewhere on the internet.

I can't believe I have gained 10 pounds already. I have no jeans that I can fit into now. I was lucky that a friend of a friend was selling her maternity clothes and I was able to get almost a whole wardrobe of clothes for $125.00. I just need to by shorts when the time comes. I am happy that I don't have to spend a fortune for clothes.

I need to get some presents wrapped. My FIL's birthday is today and I have a birthday party for my DN this afternoon. DN turns 3 tomorrow. He is just so cute, funny, and smart.

Tina...you are not alone with the mood swings! Wow, I have been so sensitive and have been taking offense at the most random things my DH has said. Normally I'm pretty easy going, but not so much these past few days. Luckily my DH is just so happy we are pg that he has been very patient.

How has everyone been sleeping? Any crazy dreams? My sleeping has been restless, which just makes me more tired. And my dreams have been so vivid. Crazy what hormones can do!

Hope you are all having a wonderful weekend!

I've been having wierd dreams for the two weeks. Sometimes I wake up from the dream and when I fall back asleep the crazy dream picks up right where I left off. As for sleep I'll sleep until about 4am and then I'm up for the next 1-2 hours.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend.
