Thanks for the list Claudia!
OMG! My boss (small office of just three people) just announced to us that he and his wife are expecting their 8th child! Their 7th child who just turned 1 years old was conceived about when I was just "going public" with all of my struggles (his wife said - oh good we'll have them the same age) and then had a miscarriage. It was really tough seeing so many people have babies that started "trying" well after me. I could not imagine if I heard this news today while still TTC - I know that I am not out of the woods yet until these babies are born but I was able to handle it a whole lot better today than two years ago!!!

I totally know what you mean Shellie. Even though I feel so blessed for being out of my first trimester (finally!) I still have these resentments that linger towards people who have no problems at all. I can't help it. It was such a part of me for so long. Hopefully in time those feelings will fade a little. But of course the scars will be there forever.

Good morning ladies. I am glad to see everyone is doing well. I had an OB appt yesterday, everything was fine, no u/s this month, but everything else was good.
I will have my gender scan on May 27th, its so exciting we are about to find out what we are carrying!!!! Caroline-Congrats on the baby girl!!! Hopein-And the two boys and a girl!!! The u/s sound pics are beautiful!!! I haven't thought about car seats yet, I am glad you guys are thinking ahead, maybe I should start looking at them. I will need three too, one for me, my Dh and my bf who will be babysitting. Too much to think about right now!!! Fossie- I rented a doppler from babybeats.com. I like being able to listen to the baby at night. I never checked into buying one, so I am not sure how expensive they are or whats good.

Hopin4Baby - congrats, two boys and a girl is perfect and the new pics are awesome.
I went ahead and ordered a doppler from Amazon - it got good reviews so I am hoping it works. I looked into renting and this came to about the same price for the amount of time I would want to keep it if it works so we will see - it should get here Friday or so!!!

Hi Hopein4 - Congratulations, what wonderful news. What a brood you are going to have!
Shellie and Claudia - I totally know what you mean about the whole prregnancy in others thing. I thought that after my DD was born it would all go away - and it did briefly, but then returned. I hated hearing how easy it was for others as mean as that sounds. Not because I was mad at them per se, it was just that when you go through IF, you surround yourself with others in that position or shut yourself out and start to believe that everyone has trouble. But when you are smacked in the face with how easy it really is for most people, it hurts. It doesn't ever go away completely but hopefully fades with time! Christie - You must be dying to see that baby again - it is so hard going from frequent US to less than 1x a month. I'm glad that all is well with you and the little one. And with infant seats, buy just one seat and multiple bases. Much cheaper and they are plenty portable. I used to leave her seat at day care with her for when DH or my mother picked her up and they would just plop it into the base already in their car.

Hopin', cute pictures! Congratulations on your brood! 2 boys and a girl sounds great to me!
I am so excited that all these scans are coming up! Wait I think I said that already. That means I am really excited. There is a web site called Car Seat.Org - Carseat, Vehicle & Child Passenger Safety Forums that is a forum similar to this one where people post questions and reviews about car seats. After doing some research on my own info on that site helped me narrow down to 2 choices - now I just need to get to the store and see them in person to decide.

Hi Ladies! Just a quick note to let you know my appt went well yesterday and after hiding at first (and making me panic!) we were able to hear the heartbeat. It settled in around 145.
Gender scan on May 14th! Have to get back to work but I'll check in later

Holly - glad everything went well. Believe me, I know the panic of not hearing the heartbeat in a timely manner - we have yet to hear both of them and it always takes a bit to find it!
So exciting that everyone has their gender scans coming up!!!

Laura - I've thought that all 3 pregnancies were boys, but DH is very disappointed to hear that for the last three weeks I've been thinking I'm having a girl. Guess we'll find out soon enough ;-)
Shellie - I can completly understand what you're going through. I started having bad dreams again a week before my appt and had finally convinced myself that we were going to have a GOOD appt so when she couldn't find it at first, the flood of panic came back. Hopefully your litle ones are getting big enough to start hearing each one seperately soon. Car seat - Multiple bases are the KEY! Made our life so much easier with my neice. Movement - It was fun to know that right where I had felt a huge baby move the night before is where the Dr found the HB :-D Anybody else having a problem of no appetite? Seems lke I'm having to force myself to eat the last 2 weeks.
