Laura, Good luck on those results! Please keep us posted.
Dellemma, your little one is a cute one! I don't blame you for wanting to know. At the beginning I didn't want to know but now that I know, it has made quite a difference because know I am talking to her and referring to my little girl. Amy, yay! You have my dream job. Summers and holidays off, how fun! Melissa, I have been feeling my baby as well and it feels like pop corn popping here and there. How are you feeling yours? Ladies, today, I had an u/s and we heard the baby's heartbeat and also the little kicks. . . it was amazing! And. . . we have a delivery date for my c-section, it is Monday, October 13th @7:30 am, which is the same date that blessuswbaby has. BTW- Has anyone heard from her? I hope all is well. Claudia-Please update the listing to show my due date to October 13th . . .I am right behind ya girl! Friday is almost here ![]()

Hi Ladies -
Our u/s at the genetics dept went well today. We got to see our little guy for almost 2 hours....he was moving around & doing all sorts of crazy moves. It was amazing! His kidneys are still a tiny bit enlarged, but they aren't concerned. Their best guess is that his kidneys are probably just a bit large naturally and all will be OK. I will go back for another u/s with the genetics department at 32 weeks. Until then, we are just going to pray that all is well! Thank you so much for your prayers today, my DH & I really apprecaite your support! After our appointment we went to Babies R Us and started our registry. I am exhausted!! But it was a lot of fun. We avoided doing any of the big things like stroller, furniture, bedding...we'll tackle those items another day. I hope you all have a great Friday! ![]()

Laura - great to hear all is good!
My movements feel really odd like a creepy, crawly feeling and sometimes a slow roll like someone is taking a rolling pin to my insides - I love it but it is definitely weird and indescribable. My doctor told me at my last appointment that I would probably have a c-section scheduled around September 18th if they stay in that long (hopefully, fingers double and triple crossed).

Laura, glad to hear that they are not worried about your little one's kidneys. This is such a happy time for us mommas-to-be. Think positive and I will continue to have you in my prayers that everything will be fine.
One of my best friends and I will be going on Sunday night to see Sex and the City. . .DH wants to hop along but I told him "no men allowed". Just to think about going to the movies, my mouth is watering knowing that I will have a big bucket of popcorn There is no better popcorn than the one at the movies and at the fairs, well, at the fairs, I prefer the kettle corn.I hope the movie is as good as the tv series. From all the previews TV has showing on the movie, let's cross our fingers that they didn't show all the best parts. What I am hoping to see is that Miranda and Smith stay together.

Hi ladies!
I ended up at the hospital last night but all is well. I got up from my desk late yesterday and at first I thought the baby was moving, but then the pressure got stronger and stronger, my belly got hard and it started to hurt. I sat down for a little bit, but when I stood up the same thing happened. Long story short, I ended up having about 8 - 10 contractions in an hour so they had me go into the hospital for monitoring. Everything checked out fine - I'm not dehydrated, no bladder infection, no bleeding, ect so they said just take it easy. At least we got to hear the heartbeat again Today's been pretty much the same thing. As long as I sit at my desk I'm fine, but walking around brings the pressure on again. We'll see how long this lasts. Hopefully it's just a growth spurt or something and will calm down over the weekend.

Holly, what a scare!
It sounds like you have to rest and I hope it is a growth spur in your uterus and nothing else. I will be thinking of you that you feel better over the weekend.
