I am totally freaking out, went to the bathroom and just had a lot of dark red blood, more than last week when I went to the ER. It was enough to cover the tp and leak on my underware.
I called my OB and they cant get me in tonight I have to wait until the morning. I really do not want to go to the ER tonight they take forever to do anything. Any suggestions???? I am so afraid something is seriously wrong.

I think if your gonna be a reck all night then go to the ER,, it wouldnt hurt ya and it would be better then sittin around all worried tonight good luck and I am thinkin about you

Do any of you know what causes the bleeding?
I have been cramping on and off but its not a painful cramp its sort of like a tugging and pulling so I assumed it was my uterus expanding. Do you think this type of cramping with the bleeding is a bad sign???

Danielle- When I bled and went into my RE the u/s tech said that the uterine lining was very delicate and sometimes little vessels can break and cause bleeding. On my u/s she did see a spot of "fluid" where she thought the blood was coming from. My blood was quite dark because I think it took awhile for it to come out.
I sure hope this stops for you soon. If it was me.... I would go into the ER if there was any cramping or if there was enough blood to fill a pad. If not I would just stay laying down and wait until I could go into the OB. Take it easy. I'll be .Kay

Oh no, please try to rest and relax. I agree with what everyone else said, if you're feeling cramping with the bleeding go to the ER.

Danielle ~ I'm sorry to hear that you're bleeding. The dull pulling kind of cramps are okay generally...you want to watch out for the sharp/stabbing cramps with bright red blood. I'm thinking that the other ladies here really know their stuff about the lining being fragile, etc...I bet that is what is going on...please keep us posted and I'll be thinking of you tonight

I'm so sorry you are having this bleeding. Just try to relax and if it gets any worse I would definitely go to the ER.
