Hopin4baby- Did you have the cerclage? Are you still in the hospital? Please let us know how things are going for you.
Shelley- I had my 22 weeks sono with the peri today and the weights were 1 lb even, 1.1 lbs and 1.3 lbs. The doc said that was good, so I'm taking his word for it. I was surprised that my cervix was now at less than 4 (3.7) since it was somewhere around 4.7 last week. He told me not to worry, it's not considered short until 2.5, but it still made me feel weird. I looked at your nursery pics and everything is so cute! The bedding set I originally wanted was a lot like yours for the boys but with three I couldn't afford it. I love jungle animals. And believe it or not, my nursery is smaller than yours. We've had to overlap the cribs a bit in order to fit them. I like the closet your husband setup for you, it's very pretty and organized. |

Melissa, congratulations on your healthy baby weights!! Good job.
UGH!!!! I found out yesterday I have Gestational Diabetes... UGH!!! I was hoping I could have avoided it. What a bummer. The only risk factor I have is that I am carrying 3 babies, oh and the fact that I am old. (nothing much LOL) Yep, there is too much sweetness in me I have an appointment with the nutritionist on Monday to get a meal plan and monitor machine. They are hoping that I can managed the diabetes with a change of diet I am going through sugar withdrawals. I was actually eating really healthy but now I am not allowed to eat fruit or milk in the morning. I missed my strawberries and yogurt I also miss my chocolate milk and my extra protein powder in it. Don't even bring up cheese pizza being bad for me ~ that one brings tears to my eyes. Anyways, I trying to keep my chin up. I have had an excellent pregnancy so far and I will do anything to keep it that way. The doctor was surprised I have not have any contractions yet because it is expected I will experience them soon due to carrying 3 babies. My uterus is measuring 42 weeks I am wondering how much bigger it can get??? I am wearing my 'big girl' tops now! LOL I now go to see the perinatologist every week.I hope none you you get GD. The best thing is that this morning DH felt one of the babies move for the first time!! I have felt them a couple of times (on the outside) but DH missed it. Each morning he hugs me and rests his hand on my tummy. This morning our little girl was moving around after he put his hand right where she is. He was really proud and happy. It felt great to be able to share that with him.
