I was sooo constipated for a while (sorry if TMI). Definitely try to increase H20 and fiber. Colace is okay. I found that after I stopped my Lipil (I was getting tons of gas and wanted to see if it was causing it), I noticed my constipation got worse. I started taking the lipil before bed just to see if I would get the gas again, and no gas, and no constipation after 3 days of taking it. Maybe the oil in the Lipil acts as a stool softener? Have no idea, but thank goodness, I'm not constipated anymore!

Cathy- Thanks for all the info regarding the diet. I know that I need to work harder on it. I just really have a problem when I'm at work. I just can't stop what I'm doing to go eat. I do bring fruit with me to snack on but I think I need to spend more time in preparing so that I get more protein.
Work was long today so I'm gonna run for now, take my meds and head to bed. I hope everyone has a great weekend!

Hi everyone! I was hoping I could jump in with you guys too! Technically, I'm not due till March 9th, but I'm pretty sure that I might have a February baby (babies??)...so I am kind of straddling the two groups!
I'm a chatty girl so if you want me to go back to the March group, it won't hurt my feelings! LOL!!! Congrats to all of you and I look forward to sharing the next 9 months with all of you!!!

Kristen and good luck on your Beta today! Cathy - Good luck to you too! Enjoy watching that little bean. I had the worst day yesterday. I have a history of migraines, but I've been pretty fortunate not to have one since I stopped my BCP with this cycle. Well yesterday I'm at work and I made sure that I took the time to eat properly since I had a new nurse training with me. I started to develop a headache, it wasn't bad at first, then I told my supervisor that I needed to take something for it or go to the store to get some tylenol. I had someone nice enough to give me some. Well needless to say it didn't work. I was in agony by 6pm and of course yesteryday was crazy people day. So anyways I didn't want to take anything other than tylenol so I finally told them I was going home. I came straight home didn't eat dinner cause I would have just thrown it up anyway, and went to bed. I layed there until 10pm suffering until I finally fell asleep. I don't know what I'm going to do if I get them, and I can't take anything other than Tylenol. I'll be discussing it with my OB on Wednesday. Well I hope everyone has a great day. I have to head to work again in a little while.

Kristen! Congrats on your BFP and good luck on your beta today! We're happy to have you join us! Can't wait to hear your numbers!Denise, I'm so sorry to hear about your migraine. There has to be something you can take or do for them. Accupressure or something. Hopefully you won't get any more. Renee, sorry to hear about the nausea. And yes, I thought I was the only one, but I have definitely been more moody. And unfortunately a grumpy moody especially to friends and family. It's weird. But I know it's the hormones and progesterone. I just keep telling myself to be nice. Well, I just got back from my b/w and usd. I can't believe how much the baby has grown in 2 weeks! I feel like I can actually call it a baby now! I saw the head, heart beat, little arms and legs, and it was moving around! It was so cool! He/she's measuring 9 weeks and HR of 150. For comparison, the usd tech said it's the size of a gummy bear! Will post the pics in a few. Now I'm just waiting to see what my progesterone comes back as and hopefully I can discontinue the suppositories today. Hope everyone else has a great day!

Renee - I am right there with you, nausea, even waking up in the middle of the night with it. Mood swings are bad, I totally got mad at DH yesterday because he had to work and couldn't go to our friends' party, it was really silly, but at the time I was so mad. My MIL, Step-mom, and my mom have told him that this will happen and to just go with the flow, but that just isn't his style. Denise - How horrible to have a bad headache and not be able to take anything but tylenol. I know some people's OB's give them Tylenol 3. I hope it doesn't come back. Only 3 more days until my U/S I can't wait. Also, I am really trying to figure out if I should start getting maternity clothes. I literally have one pair of pants for work I can still wear. I have no suits to wear, which makes for interesting outfits when I have to go to court. I don't think I will grow much in the next month or so, sincethis is all ovaries and bloating, but I was wondering if anyone else is buying maternity?

Cathy that is great news. I can't wait to see the pic of your USD. I hope for your sake you can stop the suppositories too. What's the highest level they want your progesterone to be?
The last time mine was >80.....they didn't give me an exact number just told me greater than 80????

Denise-the only thing that really helped me with my migraines is going to a chiropractor. At the very least, they could adjust your neck region which should help. I hope you feel better today.
