Hello to you all

Thank God my usual doctor was back in town and phoned me today...so I went for another u/s and saw the heart beat!! All is OK and everything is on track..Thank you for your support.

My advice to anyone in this situation is make sure you have an internal u/s...if my usual doc had been here yesterday none of this would have happened and I would not have been so freaked...Thank God for having such a fantastic doctor and not the one I saw yesterday!

I joined the club but very selfishly forgot to congratulate everyone in it. CONGRATS!!! to all u BFPs here.
As for me,I'm still in disbelief..I'm just afraid one fine day I'll get a call from my RE saying the blood works were mixed up or the results were incorrect..I guess I'll have to wait for my first U/S for this news to actually sink in.....and every hour or so I go check if I have bleeding in there ..I think I'm going more crazy now than I was when I was having my IVF cycle..what an irony!!!!

so glad you saw the heartbeat Journey. that has got to be an enormous relief!

I don't know if I can wait until week 10 to see the heartbeat....I may see if they can squeeze me in sooner.....

thank you for the zofran enouragement. I'm going to see what I can do about this b/c trying to help with the farm, chase after a 3 year old, and do everything else I need to do is almost impossible with almost all day nausea........(although I'm much rather be and have it than not...it's a complete mixed blessing.... )

I hope everyone has a great day!

Congratulations on adopting a little boy, so exciting. Is he from the same place as your son? I hope your house sells fast, it sounds like you are going to have your hands full with two little boys and then a third little one on the way.

I just wanted to reply to the hair dye question. I got mine dyed at 6 weeks pregnant and go back again in 6 more weeks. They say highlights are safest cause they don't touch the scalp. Both my sisters highlighted their hair throughout 4 total pregnancies and their kids are great. I try my best not to freak out over everything but I know it is hard. I miss lunch meat soo much (I know you can heat the sandwhich but it's not the same).. I crave a jersey mikes sub like nothing else!

Hey Ladies, Well I am still out of town seeing my RE. I have been having bad mentrual like cramps along with ovulation like pain, and low left and right back pain, not all at the same time but alternating and not consistantly. Went to Re today he gave me a US, I am 5w2d. He could not really find a sac, saw what he thinks might be one, said my uterus was not straight. But of what he thought might be the sac could not see anything in it. I want to cry. He did say it might still be early, but did say by now he should see something. I go back on Thursday for another US. I am soooooo scared. He thought of checking my HSG, but then remembered I am on Hcg shots and it might not be acurate, but will see anyway. I am trying to stay positive that it is just early and that it will be visible on thursday. Anyone else have this issue too? With all the cramps and the US today I am worried. I am still hopefull.

Journey-did they do an adominal u/s on you before? That is crazy! You are only in your 7th week!

Well, I had a u/s today. I am measuring a day ahead and the hr was 161 bpm. We got to see the baby moving around and it was so cool. I am now released to my Ob, but I still have to go back next week for my last 17-OH-progesterone shot.

DH was talking about going to a baseball game in front of the woman taking my blood. He said oh, too bad you can't have a hotdog. I said, hell yeah I am having a hot dog. And the nurse said a hotdog is fine...everything in moderation. I am gonna have a hotdog on Saturday! Ballpark dogs are the best!

Jen, great USD!!! Our little gummy bears look similar! Isn't it so cool to see them move!

Oh yeah, I totally believe everything in moderation. I've had several hot dogs already. It's summer!
