Good Morning Ladies!
How is everyone feeling today? Any side effects yet? Still the bloating on and off for me. I'm just feeling really FAT these days and not happy with it. I'm resolving to eat healthier and exercise today going forward.

Morning ladies! Cathy, I'm sorry you're feeling bloated. This morning I'm feeling really yucky and queasy. I'm nibbling on pretzels to calm my stomach. Good for you for eating healthy! The only thing I wanted when I got up this morning was coco krispies. I haven't had them since I was 12 years old!
Welcome Cat!!! Congratulations! I'm also, occasionally, still feeling mild cramping. Is anybody else feeling this?

Good morning ladies!!! I am exhausted!!!!! I feel nausious and decreased appetite. I am also completely distracted at work!!!
Anyone getting their DHs anything "dad-to-be" for father's day? If so, what? I was trying to find a cute t-shirt for him to wear on father's day, but no luck yet.

I'm seeing a trend!
When I had my daughter, luckily I never got "sick". Queazy on and off in the very beginning but that was it. I found that Ginger really helps and hard lemon drops were great for that too. I think I seriously had only 1 day of nausea so far and that was before I had my BFP. The prenatal vitamin I'm taking, called Life Fitness Prenatal from CVS has ginger in it as well as extra B complex for energy, so I'm wondering if that is helping me?

First of all- Valerie!!! Dang girl!!!
 When is your first ultrasound???? I want to know how many beans you've got in there!!!! Ive been so tired lately as well. I had a 4 hr break in the middle of my work day yeasterday so I went home and took a LONG power nap! I dont know if I can keep these 12 hr work days up anymore. Oh... and Im sick too. Not nauseaus sick.... Ive got a sore throat and a whopping head cold.  Anyone else here had a cold while preggo? Im scared my body will fight off my cold AND my baby too. Is that possible? Im not taking any drugs so Im pretty miserable right now.Missy- Im still a little hesitant to get my DH anything for FATHER'S day. Only because my first u/s is 3 days after. I think if it was before and everything looked ok then I would feel better about it. Hope you come up with some good ideas. Well it raining here today. Blah!  Looks like Im napping again today!

Valerie- Im glad that your ear infection is gone! I cant wait for my cold to be over! I hate that I cant take anything! Im dying for your u/s! Mine isnt for another 2 weeks so im glad I have yours to look forward to!

Sorry to intrude on your thread, but I just wanted to let you know, Roxane, that there are things you can take for your cold. My OB gave me a list of all the things I can take for various ailments and for cough and cold it says you can take any of the Robitussin or Tylenol products. I understand about being hesitant to take anything.. I had terrible allergies (mostly congestion) right after I found out I was pregnant and I tried every non-medicated way to get some relief but eventually I just had to take something to be able to breathe. I hope you get some relief from your cold soon.

I would love to join you ladies as we make the journey to February. I am due Feb. 2 which is so special in so many ways. It is my father's birthday and he passed away about a year ago. My husband and I had been TTC for about a year and it was like it was meant to be in Feb.
Looking forward to getting to know all you ladies!
