There are tons of ladies around here who have had successful pregnancies after an ectopic. I had one in Dec 07/Jan 08 and went on to have a perfect pregancy the very next cycle we were allowed to try.

I know it's hard but keep the faith that you'll get your dream. This forum is full of amazing women who have gone through he*l and come out on the other side and they'll be here to support you the whole way.

I conceived my son almost a year after my ectopic and lost my left tube. He is from a natural cycle too! The first few months after the ectopic were hell, but the support from the women here pulled me through. Keep positive. It can happen!

I got pregnant 5 months after my ectopic...probalby the third cycle after we could start trying again. Here's the funny thing about it all...My ectopic was in my left tube. Had emergency surgery to remove it due to my left tube being partially ruptured. Got to keep my tube, said it could heal naturally...maybe.

With my IUI in Feb., what do you know? All four follies, are of course on my left side! Somehow, not just one, but two made it thru perfectly fine this time!

The body is a weird thing for sure! Obviously very good at healing itself!

Good luck!

My tube ruptured at 10wk. I got pregnant naturally, no meds during my 3rd cycle following the rupture.
I know several woman who have had successful pregnancies following an ectopic. My RE says that my other tube will carry all the eggs for my missing tube. He said not to believe the majority of stuff online that states you can only get pregnant "every other mth" due to alternating tubes.
