Newbie. Can't find a clinic.

Hi everyone

I just wanted to introduce my self. My name is Kerry, we have been TTC for 10 years this June, its been a long hard road to get to this place. I have had 2 miscarriages, 2 ectopics and 2 failed IVF and now we are looking at EA!

We have moved to missouri since our last IVF cycle and I am having a hard time finding clinics that offer EA. I have called all the clinics that are local to me and every one said they do not offer it. We really want to go through a clinic Vs an agency, can anyone help me find more info on where to find clinics that offer EA?

Thank you for any help you can give me.

I'm not sure where you are in MO but if you are close to St. Louis, I would suggest the Sher Institute for Reproductive Medicine (SIRM). I love Dr. A. I'm not sure they do what you are looking for, but it is worth a shot.

Finding a donor clinic:

To find a clinic in your area that handles Donor Embryos, click here: SART - Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology and enter your zipcode. Click on a clinic name and then click to view their ART data report. At the bottom of the report, it will tell you if they work with Donor Embryos or not. Of these clinics, some have their own in-house supply of Embryos and some require that you locate your own elsewhere and then have them shipped to the clinic. Contact each clinic for details on which options they offer.

Sometimes clinics will work with donor embryos, even if they don't have an in-house program. So you can still contact clinics in that list and double check. A quick phone call is worth a lot.

You can also ask all the clinics who they use for cryopreservation. Many of the cryopreservation places have their own programs.

Dr. Wilbois in St. Louis offers donor embryos, or at least he did in the past.

Also if you are willing to travel a bit, IVF in Naperville IL offers donor embryo's. Its about 6k for the total cost. RE is Randy Miller. they have an online site if you want to check them out.

You can also go to this link: Embryo Donation & Adoption | Clinics with Embryo Donation

It is the embryoadoption.org link to clinics that offer Embryo Donation by state.

Hope it helps and good luck.

Hi there! Where did you learn about Boston IVF? I have been working with them on this cycle and I spoke with Chrissy Jones who is supposedly in charge of it and she said they only work through NEDC. Is that what you mean?

Huntingdon Reproductive Center in Pasadena just opened up to Embryo Adoption and my contact there said they have an abundance of embryos to adopt.

Yes, they would. They work through Snowflakes. Another agency.

Many clinics are now working with agencies rather than in-house programs, because of the legalities.

Here, Embryo Donation Egg Donor Surrogacy Egg Freezing

Scroll to the embryo donation part, and you'll see they work with Snowflakes.
