I sympathisize with both you and your daughter. I have both Endo and PCOS and I have been through several surgeries including, a Hysterosalpingogram and several Obgyns as well as Reproductive Endocrinologists. Unfortunately there is no cure for both conditions and the Drs. do not know enough about them to effectively treat them. I have been struggling with both conditions since the age of 9 and
know the symptoms very intimately. My RE had me on Agystin which does not stimulate the ovaries therefore you will not menstrate. If your daughter continues to have surgeries she will develop more adhesions which will make the condition worse as well as here prognosis to naturally concieve. Yes, I too have had the Drs. tell me that I should consider a hysterectomy, but I opted for managing the condition instead of doing such a radical surgical procedure. My only advise to both of you is to do lots of research on your own. Endo robs you of living a quality life and sometimes the medications used for these conditions can have terrible side effects. Believe me I know. I have developed DVT from taking one of the medications.
Good Luck in your decisions and feel free to bend my ear anytime
