I have stage 4 endo and have had 8 surg. for this. I have had my left tube and ovary removed, my appendix and gallbladder and my bladder worked on as a result. I am currently on the highest dose of birth control and skip the last week and go directly to the next pill so I don't have a period. This is suppose to stop the growth and it did for several months but recently has started back again. My doc wanted to put me back on the Lupron shot but have already done this for six months and was concerned about the additional side effects as it is only recommended for one trial period. the doc then put me on agystian and i can't seem to find much information about this. Does anyone know anything about this drug or have other ideas to this problem.

Jennifer, is pregnancy your goal in treating the endo, or are you primarily just concerned with treating it for health/well-being reasons? The reason that I ask is that treatments may vary, depending on your desire for fertility.

Can you check the spelling of that drug you referred to? That's a complete mystery to me, and not coming up in searches...
