Does anyone have recommendations on how they deal with the pain?

I'm suferring pain constantly and my doctor says there is nothing else she can do. My pain is due more to the blockage that all the scar tissue from my laparoscopies, etc. have created more than from the endometriosis.

I'm taking Aleve as if they were tick tacs. Take Vaicodin, Toradol, Anaprox. I know this is not right. Any suggestions?

Have you tried Tramacet? It's non-narcotic, works on the pain receptors in your brain and is recommended for moderate to severe pain.

I don't suffer from much pain, I have Endo stage IV. The only time that I have more pain is during my period, but I usually start taking Ibuprofen 800 as soon as I start feeling cramps. I have also cut back completely on caffeine and execisiing a little bit more, I belief that it has really helped with the pain.

Have you tried following the endo diet?

Are you currently TTC? The only thing that controls my endo pain (other than taking Aleve & Tylenol like tic-tacs) is being on some kind of hormone (the pill, or else progesterone). But of course, that won't work if you're actively TTC because they both prevent ovulation.

I also seriously cut back on caffeine like an earlier poster mentioned.

My chiropractor helped me out alot, meds didn't help at all. I also had acupuncture suggested to me but I haven't tried it yet.
