Hi All,

I wanted to share some more information with you all. I have been taking Indian Ayurvedic herbs package for infertility made from Swami Ramdev's Divya pharmacy in India. I have also been practising Pranayama which is an ancient Indian yogic breathing technique to destress, detox and rejuvenate your body and mind.

I used to have terrible PMS like bloating, gas, fever, chills, loss of apetite etc, etc.. alongwith extremely high blood flow with lots of clotting.

After taking these herbs and doing pranayama, I find that my symptoms have become better. I hardly had any PMS last couple of times and blood flow is quite reduced with significantly less clotting. I am hoping if I continue this it will help reduce my severe endo and unblock the tubes. And also practising pranayama has calmed me down and I dont feel the desperation to have a baby that much, I feel like taking things as they come and be prepared for anything.

I am very exicted about my appointment with my new RE on June 16th. keeping my fingers crossed!!

Anyway I wanted to share this information with all you so that anyone with similar problems can try an alternative approach after getting frustrated with repeated surgeries and treatments. In case you think you are ready to try this let me know I can give you more details. Here are a few links that'll give you more info

Mind, Body, Spirit and You: Kapalbhati Pranayama

Hope that's useful.

Thanks and good luck to all of us..

Smile Endometriosis

Hi,
Studies suggest that endometriosis probably does not interfere with IVF success rates. There are, however, some caveats. Repeated ovarian surgery, removal of an ovary, or removal of severe pelvic adhesions may compromise the ovaries' ability to produce enough eggs to warrant retrieval. Also, eggs that arise from an ovary with a large endometrioma (ovarian endometrial cyst) may have a reduced fertility potential.
Other researchers have suggested that antiphospholipid antibodies, more commonly seen in women who have endometriosis, may contribute to implantation failure unless treated. However, conflicting data suggest that although these antibodies may be seen more frequently in women with endometriosis, the benefits of treatment are as yet unproven.
