I have Endo as well and I'm not sure if my response will help. I tried to do some research on chemical pregnancies and Endo and didn't really find a correlation between the 2. I'm still not sure if they can impair each other. All I can say is don't give up yet! I know have a chemical pregnancy must have been heart breaking but think of how your going to feel when you get that strong be
!!! good luck with everything! Let us know how you make out of the next couple months! Sorry I was not to much help. |

Thanks hoping4baby. DH and I have been discussing the correlation between endo and miscarriage/chemical pregnancy. It seems logical that the endo could make implantation more difficult. I need to talk to my RE and see what he says. We're trying naturally one more month and will do a lap if we don't see our bfp.

I don't know for sure. My mom had endo between having me and my brother and it took her 5 years to conceive between us. She was told that it was possible to have multiple chemical pregnancies and not realize it due to the endo. But I don't know how much of that is true. Medicine and practices today are so much different then they were 20 years ago.

Thanks Jen. I pretty sure this isn't my first chemical pregnancy. It just makes sense to me that there could be a relationship between endo and miscarriages, but I haven't been able to find any literature on this topic. I really need to move on and do the lap to confirm whether on not I do have endo and decide what to do from there.

Can I ask what a chemical pregnancy is?

Quote:
A chemical pregnancy is a very early miscarriage. Most people don't know they're pregnant when they have one. But, ladies that are dealing with infertility are more likely to know about a really early pregnancy since we test all the time. Basically, you get a positive pregnancy test and a few days later you get your period or a negative pregnancy test.
