I have been charting this month for the first time and my BBT says that I ovulated on CD 13 But I had a positive OPK on CD 14 and my other signs kinda leaned toward my Ovulation being on Sat or Sun. I am very confused here is my chart. Any advice you ladies can offer would be GREATLY Appreciated.

Lets just say you did O on Saturday or Sunday. You did the BD on Sat, so you are covered. If you did indeed O on the 13th however, you didn't BD except for on the pm10th. That could or could not provide a fertilized egg depending on how long and healthy his little buggers are. Nevertheless, your chart looks good with high temps now. Keep charting and if it doesn't happen this month, remember to BD next month on the 9th, 11th, 13th, & 15th for good measure.

Renni is right. Judging by your CM, CP, & temp, you likely ov'd between day 13 and 14. My advice is to keep tracking from now on and see if it is always around 13/14. Then just try bd'ing on day 9 through 17 from now on (but continue to chart!!!---that way you will most likely know if you are pg long before the gyn does) Also, you'll ben able to show your gyn how long you have been SERIOUSLY trying and can help find a problem if you still aren't getting pg.
