Cervix Position
I had a lot of trouble finding mine...the way I eventually found it was to bear down, like I was trying to pee, and it lowered it enough that I could feel it. Once you find it, it's actually fairly easy to find again.
When you're infertile, the cervix is low, hard, and closed. It should feel somewhat like the tip of your nose, and there might be a small dimple. When you are more fertile, the cervix becomes harder to reach, becomes softer, and opens up. You might be able to get your finger in a little bit. It feels kinda like your lip. Hope this helps...good luck with everything! |

Squatting
Yeah, squatting down is a good way to find it. When you do find it, remember to have exactly the same position every time you try and feel it. It may move otherwise.
Good luck ![]() |

when undergoing fertility treatment, it is not recommended that you mess around a whole lot with your cervix. you could introduce bacteria, etc. please be careful.

Thank God I am not alone...those are my exact symptoms minus the high levels of testosterone. You give me hope even though my OBGYN and RE are hesitant to label what is wrong with me. More than likely PCOS. Congrats on your persistence. I only hope to be where you are in the next 6 months.

I check my cervix to find if i have fertile mucas i do this on the toilet if its white and creamy then its not fertile mucas but if its clear like raw egg white and tretches from finger to finger then this is fertile mucas.
I can never guess when my cervix is in fertile position or not so i go by my fertile mucas. But there are times when you dont actually have any clear fertile mucas or very little of it so the best way to predict when your most fertile is by using ovulation tests. From eBay - The UK's Online Marketplace the test strips are the best to use and are quite cheap you can mix and match opks and hpts for £3.80 in GBP i always get positives on them and find them to be reliable. I also use a product called Preseed which i also bought from eBay - The UK's Online Marketplace that cost me £12 GBP. I find if i use a small amount of this when i get a positive on my opk i get pregnant. Its really good its like voodoo medicine lol its fantastic for people ttc. ![]()
