I follow the fertility awareness method. I've hit 18 days of high temps ... that "magical" point in time where Toni Weschler says you are almost certainly pregnant. I'd like to think that I am ... but I have cramps like I've never had them before - strong enough to wake me up in the middle of the night - and I'm spotting pretty bad. I wouldn't say it's regular monthly issues. Without getting into too many gross details ... the flow is different in a lot of ways.

I don't know whether to keep my hopes up, schedule a Dr.'s appointment to get a final answer, wait it out a few more days and test again or maybe do all of the above.

This is the closest I've ever been to finally getting pregnant. I don't know if I can bear any bad news : ( But I guess bad news just seems to come with the territory doesn't it.

Sorry for blabbing, I just need to vent somewhere and release the tension.

CD day 18? Or 18 days after o’ing? If it is CD 18 it is probably just too early, unless you have very short cycles. When is your AF due? I think the most sensitive test claim to get results 4 day prior.
