Do you know how to predict Ovulation?
This can be a tricky topic! Every woman is different so every woman's cycle is different.
There are several ways to predict ovulation. Women with regular menstrual cycles can often make a good estimate just by counting days on a calendar. If you know when your period is going to come, you need only count backward 14 days. This will most likely be your day of ovulation. Count back four to six days more to find the day you should start trying to conceive and continue to try at least every other day until you have ovulated.
