To be considered for our anonymous ova donor program, the donor must be 35 years of age or younger and have preferably completed at least one previous IVF trial that produced mature ova. The basic formula for ova donation is as follows: the donor agrees to donate half of her ova to the recipient in exchange for the recipient bearing all or a portion of the donors' costs at IVF CANADA. The ova shall be divided equally. This arrangement benefits both couples involved -- the 'donating couple' are able to continue in their own treatment with less of a financial burden and the 'recipient couple'* have the benefit of a chance at achieving pregnancy utilizing someone else's eggs. |

There is a clinic in Canada that will allows you to donate half your eggs and the person recieving them pays for your invitro. I will have to find it again and I can put it on here. My husband and I found it last year, but we were not candidates because I only have one ovary. You have have to have two normal ovaries I believe. Anyway, I will try to find it again, but just wanted to let you know that it is an option.

not sure if this helps or not, but in Mass, the state mandates health insurers to provide IVF coverage. I believe the only exclusion is if you are an out of state blue cross/blue shield holder. For instance if you had BC/BS of Wisconcin and lived in Massachusetts.
Best of luck |

Hello, my name is ketah. I was so suprized to see so many women who's
only option was IVF. I've been dianogis with blocked tubes and this is my only hope for the baby I've been loning for. Now that I found this site I don't feel so alone, but IVF is so costly. I read a message about selling your eggs to some one and getting your IVF paid for by that person, if anyone knows any information about this, please let me know. ![]() |

Hello everyone. I am new to the world of infertility. My husband and I have been trying for only 2.5 years, but are anxiously awaiting another child. We were just informed that we would have to go through IVF w/ ICSI because of a male infertility issue. Because of the expense, this just wasn't going to be an option for us. In a frantic search of the internet, I found lots of information about the free IVF. My best search was "oocyte donor" or "oocyte donor program". Try one of these searches and you'll be surprised at how many clinics you actually come up with. Good luck to you all.

Free ivf
Hi everyone. I haven't heard about the egg donation thing, but I can tell you where to get free ivf. Go to free-ivf.com They offer free ivf to anyone who qualifies. You qualify by 1)filling out an application 2) making a donation (can be as little as $20) and 3) signing a petition asking insurance companies to cover ivf.
My husband and I filled out the application in January. Within three days we got a phone call confirming our acceptance into the program. There is an 8-10 month waiting list. We then received a confirmation letter letting us know that they will keep in contact with us. The best part is...if you tell your friends and family, and they donate to the organization, any money donated by your friends and family will go towards your direct costs, so it's like they're helping you! It's free. All you would have to pay are any co-pays you have through your insurance. Drugs are covered and any tests or procedures are covered. Hope this helps! |

I have been researching just the opposite. I need eggs donated to me but can't afford the donor costs. My insurance, however, will pay the medical costs for the donor. I am interested in finding out if I can get an egg donor to donate half of eggs for the coverage of her cycle.
