My partner of 6 years and I are getting married June 21st. I am turning 30 in aug and she is 32. She is the last generation and wants to continue her blood line but she doesn't want to give birth. I am more than willing!!! We live in the Houston area and reallly don't know where to begin?!?! I have seen some places talking about $35k and that is crazy. I simply want to have her egg put in me!!! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance. Lost yet hopeful

I am no expert, however, I think your partner would have to have an egg retrieval which would been stimulating drugs first, then you would be put on drugs to prepare your lining and then the embryo would just be transferred into you...........not sure on the cost of it all, i would think it would not be alot more than a reg IVF.............i think costs are higher in the States than here in Canada though.
