Scholarships for IVF?? Interesting

Has anyone ever heard of this?
The Oldest and Largest Infertility (INCIID) Adoption. Parenting, Pregnancy online Community
it has scholarships for couples trying to acheive a pregnancy that have little to no medical insurance coverage for IVF and/or monitary means of paying for it.
I thought it was interesting even though it says that couples with 1 child will be considered but ones with no children would be more desired.
