Shared Risk Program
I am considering moving to IVF.
Could somebody tell me about IntegraMed Shared Risk Program? What do I have to do to apply? What do I need to have to qualify? Any review and advices will be appreciated. Thanks!

 Me - 33. DS - 8 years old. TTC #2 for 3 years. 2008-2009 - 4 Clomid cycles - BFN June 2009 - Clomid 100mg (5-9 cd) + IUI#1 - BFN Aug 2009 - Injectibles (Menopur, Ganirelix) + IUI#2 - BFN Nov 13th, 2009 - left tube removed (hydrosalpinx)
