MA Insurers, which best?

Hi all! A Massachusetts question...

My husband and I have to decide which insurance company to use... Tufts, Harvard Pilgrm, or BCBS. We know there are different plans within each of these companys, makeing my question even more difficult.

Is there one company better than the others at coverage in MA? More coverage, less hoops to jump? Anyone have any ideas, expereince with this?
