Insurance codes - what do they mean?

Hi everybody!
We just got the Estimate of Charges from our IVF clinic. Why do they give not just prices for treatments (testings) but insurance codes? What do they mean?

So your insurance company can be billed. Your doctor will use the codes to bill your insurance company. Best of luck to you
