Anyone used Advanced Reproductive Care (ARC) for financing?

Has anyone used this program? How was your experience? My RE is a member and gave me the information. It sounds like a really good idea, but I'm leary of hidden gotchas.

Sorry I just saw your post. I am using ARC for my current cycle. So far I have not had any additional cost. I actually had myslef get approved for a little more then they had told me too (they have you talk to capitol one for the actual approval)and it worked out well. I financed my medication too so I knew when they told me how much they thought they would be that it would be a little more. It was very fast, very easy. If you end up becoming pregnant naturally before you use it, then they only charge a 500.00 fee and you are not responsible for the loan. Aslo if your cycle cancels for any reason, then they will only take as much money as the charges for care are, then cancel the rest of the loan.

Thanks for your response! It's good to know that you haven't had additional costs. We've decided to do the 2-cycle Plus package -- wow, that was a hard decision picking how many cycles to buy! Hope it will be worth it for both of us!

I'm reviving this thread to ask a related question. Does anyone know how the approval goes? I wanted to do the 2 cycle plus, but it says that if you've had 1 failed cycle before that you only qualify for the 3 cycle plus? And they ask questions about smoking...etc on the spouse/partners section, do they disqualify you for that, my hubby smokes but has perfect sperm LOL Oh and our last IVF (first IVF) failed, but it was a study.....I hope I've not ruined my chances of getting approved.
