I have a very similar situation. My hubby and I TTC for 2 years during which we had multiple tests and procedures done for infertility. They discovered I have a bicornuate uterus and I'm also missing my right fallopian tube. Left tube is fine. They didn't really explain the bicornuate thing very well, and I only researched it a little on my own because honestly it scared me.
But, low and behold, we conceived in May of 2009 and gave birth to a perfectly healthy little girl full term (on her due date actually) in Feb 2010.
So it's definitely possible to get pregnant with a bicornuate uterus. We conceived with the help of Femara & Repronex. We're on them again now TTC #2 so hopefully they'll work this time as well. The process of getting pregnant wasn't easy by any means, but just know that someone else out there got pregnant with very similar issues. Hopefully that'll give you hope!
