Do not beat yourself up too much over not exercising and eating right. While we all know that is good to do not just for our bodies but for potential egg quality, we all also see that their are plenty of women out there who do neither and produce eggs easily (and babies). Your RE would have done bloodwork to look at some basics about your reproductive health and eggs prior to the IVF. This cycle will give them and you more information to know how you respond to the meds and process (and hopefully you get a successful pregnancy to boot), but a lot of times you just have to prepare for the first IVF to be a test run, albeit an expensive one! At least my husband and I tried to look at it that way to prepare if it wasn't successful.
You have my prayers as do all the women on this board who have been through so much. While I'm not going through IVF at this time and most likely won't again unless we get a crazy hair for another (and we would use donor eggs right away given I would be in mid 40s), I am in Texas and sent you a PM with some details.
Good luck, lots of baby dust as they say around here!
